Lords & Ladies Salon and Medical Spa - Fleetwood

Just find another salon. Ruined my hair for my wedding. Ruined. Twice. I gave them photos of a simple up do and it did not come out the way the photo showed. I should have said something before leaving, but I felt like I was being pushed out for the next bride to take my seat. It’s a pretty salon, but the quality of stylists is low. It seems like they churn through stylists and managers pretty quickly.

I have been going here for almost three years. I have had some amazing services done by some of the women here and other times I’ve had to do many redos because it wasn’t done correctly. I refuse to mention any names out of respect because I know their potential but after having to many disappointments, I am going to find somewhere else. Yes, they will absolutely bring you back in to try and correct the mistake, but you cannot correct the mistake if they cut too much hair off and especially took too much hair off of your eyebrows. There is no fixing that. I never minded the prices for it’s a high end hair salon but I do expect that if I pay that much for something, that I get exactly what I wanted. I can handle a haircut being shorter than I wanted, but when it comes to your face and removing too much of your eyebrow on the one side is something I cannot and can’t be fixed.

Everyone is happy and cheerful. She did a nice job on my hair.i only thought it would have been lighter.

I love the place so much. Amber who cuts my hair is so nice and she laughs with me and she does an amazing job.

Very friendly and welcoming. I can't get over the fact that I have a stylist! They set appointments in the future and send email reminders. All they lack is a crackling fire lol. Ask for Jaymi, she's fantastic.

This place is incredible! I've been here for gel manicures, pedicures, and an acrylic set/fill and the techs are wonderful. Front desk staff are also very helpful and welcoming. I can't wait to schedule some other spa services here!

My hairdresser Heather, was simply amazing! I entered being insecure about my hair and left CONFIDENT! I explained what I wanted and she crushed it! She went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more happier, thank you for rescuing me!

I needed my hair fixed, badly. My daughter told me about this place and I said I could not justify spending that kind of money on a cut. She gave me a gift card for Christmas, and I booked my appointment. Omg, I can now justify the money spent! Staff is great, Sara did a great job and gave me exactly what I described! I booked my next appointment right then and there! Would 100 percent recommend!

Got my nails done October 31st by Jazlyn who is very nice and sweet, I have gotten my nails done by her before and they were fairly decent. However, this time they were not. The thumb (pictured below) only lasted a day because the coats were done thicker than they should have been. This is not the first time I have had a poor manicure done here, and unfortunately it will be the last time.

Can’t put into words the dissatisfaction I have with this place. I sent my girlfriend here to get her hair done and she came back with the exact same hair just lighter tips. 308 dollars FOR WHAT? Her hair looks exactly the same, we asked for an ash grey color and it’s no even close. Will never have her return and will never recommend to anyone.

Angela Ricci: Lash Design plus Overall Great Advice and Care. I have been a lash extension client of Angela’s for close to two years now. My experience has been excellent and far better than other salons I’ve used in the 6 years I have had lashes. Angela has helped me hone in on my lash and skincare health as it relates to other health concerns. Plus, she has a more natural look herself which makes her advice more relatable to me personally. Angela has kept me looking fabulous and I receive compliments and inquiries all the time.)

The lady that did my nails was super nice and friendly. But they do not do a good job here. I got a French manicure late afternoon and by the next morning 2 of them had started coming off and one of my thumbnail polish came off completely. I spent 30$ and it would have lasted longer if I just did it myself. Not going there again.

Loved the atmosphere and cleanliness of this place. The nail tech was the sweetest, however, my gel manicure didn't last but a few hours before it started lifting.

Very pretty inside. Stylists are nice but their prices are very high and they strongly push product to the point it's annoying

Emily did an amazing job. I highly recommend her, as my hair turned out exactly as I wanted. She also had friendly conversation with me my entire appointment. Definitely a very happy customer!

Shiloh did a wonderful job. Never had such a
wonderful hairdresser. Definitely worth the time and money

Meaghan in the med spa is amazing! She is so gentle with waxing and her facials are so relaxing they always put me to sleep!

I see Rochelle and every time I go in I know I’ll come out feeling more confident because she does such an incredible job. I am a hard to please person and I never have to worry when I go in and asked for something different or the same because the results are breathtaking and it’s more then I imagined. Recommend Rochelle and lords and ladies.
