Lori Anne has been awesome to work with! My dog has some big issues and other trainers left me feeling hopeless. Lori Anne was the first person to give me hope that we could work through his problems! She is incredibly knowledgeable and fun to work with! I would recommend her to anyone. Whether your dog’s issues are minor or major, I’m confident she’ll be able to help you!

We rescued a 2 year old mini goldendoodle, Millie. She came from a retired puppy mill and lived in a barn her entire life so she didn’t know how to be a dog. She is described as suffering from shy dog syndrome. Millie was afraid of basically everything, noise, people, etc. She suffered from a high level of anxiety.

We started out by taking Millie to a traditional dog training program for 6 weeks. She learned a few things but we found ourselves at a standstill. We signed up for a doggy summer camp with Lori. However before starting, Lori talked to each person who signed up his/her dog to determine if the dog could handle a group situation. Lori determined Millie was not up to it. Lori suggested she do a complete assessment on Millie. So this is how our journey began.

In the 2 months we have worked with Lori, Millie has changed dramatically. Her basic skills are very good; leash, sit, stay, wait, making eye contact with us, how to handle house visitors, etc.

Lori has continued to help us to expand Millie’s ‘world’. We now meet at our local dog park. Lori has and continues to teach us how to ‘read’ Millie. Millie is now interacting with other dogs and we are relaxed about it. We know how to handle the situations. Our Millie is learning how to be a dog; and one that we can manage.

Going into this relationship with Lori, we weren’t expecting to achieve as much as we have. We still have work to do but we are very optimistic that we will continue to succeed in reducing Millie’s anxiety.

We would give Lori 5 stars ️️️️️

I attended Lori's Summer camp with my 2 year old goldendoodle. This was a great event. We learned a lot in the 4 day training session. Lori is very easy to talk to and took the time to learn about each dog so she could help with their individual needs. I could definitely see a difference in my dog after attending this event. I look forward to working with Lori again in the future!

Talk about dog whisperer! Three sessions with Lori Anne and we are on the path to a better relationship with our very energetic 100 lb. Shepherd Husky mix. He's already walking so much better on the leash and is learning to stay and wait. We couldn't be happier!

Our one year old Bo is a complex, loving and sweet dog. He has a rare, genetic neurological condition that can cause frustration nipping as his body can't always do what his adolescent mind wants. Because of this, we need a pet sitter/trainer who likes a challenge and who can think outside of the box. Lori not only meets this need, she enjoys and excels at it! Lori also agreed to have off hours side conversations with others to coordinate his care. Lori Anne brings great skills and techniques and is also eager to learn and switch directions when necessary - important when dealing with a rare condition. Because of this, Bo is beginning to thrive. Nipping is decreasing, and he is beginning to calm. Thanks Lori!
