Lori did a fabulous job. She helped myself and my buddy buy a house. It was a lot of back and forth bidding and she communicated with the selling agent quickly and got back to me in a timely manner. Once a price was agreed upon and an appraisal was done, the appraisal came back $5000.00 below agreed price. She got the price dropped the full $5000.00. She worked her butt off to get us that house. Very easy and a joy to work with. I would recommend anyone to use her as a buying or selling agent.
