Los Gemelos Family Restaurant, Telford PA

I’m not sure why this place has so many stars. My husband and I really wanted to try something new for Mexican and it was very expensive. They separate all the toppings on the side so you unwrap the burrito to add it and it’s nearly impossible to wrap it again yourself. The beef was absolutely tough to eat. It was dry and chewy. Twice we found hard piece of food in our meal. Never again. I could have settled for Taco Bell for way less than half of what we paid and be satisfied. The girl at the front also wasn’t the friendliest and she completely acted like I was being an agony to her when I placed the order.

By far the worst take-out Mexican food we have ever had. Everything tasted awful, over cooked, or burnt. Steak and chicken were so chewy it wasn't even edible.

Food was alright, but we called in advance, they told us to order at time of pick up because it would be ready in 5 minutes. We called back at 5 till and they told us 30 min; we walked in and there was no one else around, and that would have all been fine, but then they gave us the wrong items - we discovered after leaving - and the girl at the counter, I guess the daughter / one of them - was sulky & standoffish. The food was pretty good & prices were alright but we probably won’t return based on the service. There are a few other taco shops around. But the owner was really smiley when he popped out of the kitchen for 5 seconds & that’s why I’m going with 3 stars instead of lower. He was working hard & it’s often hard with teenagers in family businesses, I reckon. Just surprising the order was wrong when literally no one else was there & it was all repeated back correctly, and mostly she was just surly.

Ordered a chorizo chimichanga. Free chips and dips. Food and waitress were very good and not expensive.

Fresh ingredients! Authentic and delicious! What more could you want? Totally worth the prce! Try this place out!

AMAZING. Great experience ordering food for large group. We did make your own taco + fajita platters + it was spectacular. I was blown away by the quality + quantity of food. Everyone commented how delicious everything was. I would recommend 100%!

We ordered delivery tonight and the food was delicious! I got a ground beef burrito and my husband got a steak chimichanga. The food got here unbelievably fast and everything was perfect. Exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

Amazing food. We ordered the shrimp fajitas, tacos surtidas, and chipotle chicken burrito. Everything was fresh and delicious. If you enjoy fajitas you gotta try them. We will be ordering again for sure!

Went in for the weekday lunch special— got steak fajitas that came with rice and beans and guacamole. SO GOOD! Steak was seasoned nicely and the onions and peppers has a nice smoky char from the grill. Tortillas arrived piping hot and the guacamole was everything it should be. Also really enjoyed the complimentary chips/refried beans/hot sauce— so tasty! For less than 10 bucks I got a filling, wholesome meal. Service was great too. Only bummer is the decor is kind of drab, chintzy…

I been there once couple months, like summer or something like that. I haven't been there while. I am proud of you guys, keep up with your restaurant.

Food is great. Wait time for food is not so great. I've been here twice. Once on a busy Friday evening. Another on a Wednesday night when we were the only ones in the restaurant. We waited a little too long for our liking both times. The first time was understandable but when we were the only ones in the restaurant, that annoyed me a little. But food was still good and fresh and the waitstaff is friendly.

I keep going back. I love that burritos to say the least and my girl loves that loaded nachos Margarita night pina colada night just add to every weekend

Grabbed takeout for our family lunch. It was a challenge to pick out what we wanted because the menu offers so much! We ordered Tacos el Pasror, Tacos Supremos and Plantains. We devoured all of it. The gentleman who worked the kitchen and the counter was very helpful and welcoming and kept me updated on my oder. In other words, excellent service! Looking forward to returning.

I got the steak mini fajita lunch special today and it was really really good. Amazing portion. Great flavor and it was quick at an excellent price. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Friend and i shared a take-out order of nachos with beef. Silly me thinking it would be ground beef lol. It was piled with strips of beef, well-seasoned. Nachos were good and filled us both up. NOTE: some of the bottom chips did have a slightly spicey red sauce but not excessive.

I'd give no stars but that's not an option. Ordered from Grubhub at 7pm. It's now 830. Food was to arrive between 8: 25 and 8: 35. Call restaurant don't have my order. Then there are 10 tickets ahead. Get manager on phone. Food is supposed to be here in 10 minutes. Food is not here. But you have my money. I have no dinner and I'm diabetic. I expect my items delivered at a reasonable time frame. Now ten more minutes have gone by.no food still.oh and the manager says as a diabetic I shouldn't be eating pork. So know he's my dietician?

I've been ordering from Los Gemelos for a while and the food is normally very good. I ordered last night and didn't receive the whole order, when calling in the person answering the phone had an awful attitude when I explained the situation and her resolution was "ok, I'll tell someone. " There was no offer to get my missing items sent out, or offer a refund. All of the food this time around tasted bad, was soggy, and was barely warm by the time it arrived. We ended up throwing it all away.

TL;DR, staff seemed to be incapable of keeping up with demand during busy times, incomplete and inconsistent quality in orders.

The tamales had no chicken they put it on top of like a pound of potato. And charged 10 dollars it's was covered in tomato sauce and they had the worst rice and beans ever. The quesadilla was even worse i asked for a veggie one and they just put every veggie they have in the kitchen had broccoli, peppers, onions, guac, tomato. It was so wet i couldn't pick it up. And they only cut it into two pieces so they were giant. Idk how this is called Spanish food but a child could do better, never ever ever again.
