The food and drinks are really, really good. Just the service is so frustrating. First rime we were there our waitress basically forgot about us. Second time we waited 15 minutes before someone came over and said "sorry, this isn't my section but I see you've ben waiting a while. " Thankfully she was an excellent waitress and made up for it but, Los Serapes.please do better on service.

Great food and drinks. Can’t go wrong with the margaritas, and we loved the chorizo and guacamole. They also have a nice patio area that is perfect when the weather permits.ps…TACO TUESDAYS!

Absolutely horrible experience. Literally leaving the restaurant and can’t say enough about how bad tonight was. We have been coming to this restaurant for more 15 years and had the worst service ever tonight. And what’s worse is how management handled the entire situation. Manuel, the manager, completely dismissed us in every respect. He downplayed the fact that we waited forever for drinks, that our food came out completely wrong, that they never brought out our soup/salads, and he even went as far as to pull out a menu to argue with me about whether black beans are really refried beans. Absolutely horrible. So disappointed. We used to love this place but will absolutely never come back after the way were treated tonight by the manager. Will also be telling all of our friends, who were loyal customers, to steer clear. Such a shame.

Food is so good here. Our server made a recommendation which we tried and it was amazing. I've never had cactus before, but it went great with our main dish. We really love the Grouper dishes too.
We'll definitely be back.

Server insulted me about the tip i left. Food was good and atmosphere was nice. But no chips for table and when we did order chips and guacamole it was a small portion. I tipped 17.5 on a $96.5 bill (about 17%) Server came over in front of my date and asked if she did anything wrong and I said no. (Even though there was a mistake made and then corrected) I said why? She said people usually tip 20%. She was visibly annoyed. We were easy patrons and left no mess. I thought 17 or 18% was decent for what we had. In reality it was a 20% tip since i was tipping on tax as well. She obviously wanted to embarrass me. She did. Not going back.

Absolutely fabulous food and service. Enjoyed Easter brunch with first-class omelette station. French toast was like a dessert. I’ll be returning very soon.

Love this spot. The ambience for outdoor dining is awesome, staff are friendly, and the food is authentic and delicious.

High quality food. Got a salad with grilled veggies that were some of the best veggies I’ve ever had. The grilled chicken in it was fantastic as well. Service was very fast - only thing keeping me from giving it five stars is the lack of free chips and salsa!

If you like Great Mexican food and hate being able to hear your server, look no further! The food is delicious, the music is medicore, and you'll always remember that one awkward person dancing directly in front of the live musician. For real though, hit it up on a Wednesday afternoon for some good food, or go Friday evening if you want to avoid awkward conversation with your girlfriend's family on your third date. 3.5/5 stars.

Waitress was only obligingly cordial. The serving did not match the order. After placing the order on our table, the waitress took 10 minutes before checking on my dissatisfaction. She seemed surprised that I wanted the meal to be returned and that the correct item be brought out. She did comply. Unlikely to return.

Great date night! Best margaritas! Also the best bartender, we look forward to seeing Victor every time we go!

Service was horrible! Manager was argumentative…probably one of the worst experiences of dining out. Server wasn’t knowledgeable and made a ton of mistakes. Avoid at ALL costs!

One word amazing! The new restaurant is very nice and spacious. Service outstanding. Mole chicken is the best.

Absolutely loved my time here, wish I had visited sooner since it's so close to my house. We went during low traffic, so our service was super fast and the server was fantastic - she recommended the rollos costenos which were AMAZING. Light and fluffy but crispy. We had the fajitas and fish tacos, guacamole and chips, and some mojitos. I cannot think of a single complaint, they have outdone themselves - 10/10, highly recommend.
