Very, very rude and unprofessional personnel. Spoke to me in a belligerent and condescending way and eventually hung up on me when I was just trying to rent my child’s first instrument from them and didn’t know his size but could give them his height. I would not send my dog to rent an instrument from those people. Go elsewhere!

Losers music has a group of dedicated music lovers who brought my daughter's violin to life again with a new case and a sweet touch of rosin for the newly strung bows. Not only, love and artistry went into this endeavor but the price was affordable in these hard times. Miriam is going to have a fabulous audition. Grateful!

My son was enrolled in the rent to own program through school. I paid off his instrument in July and was charged 3 additional payments after I paid it off. I’ve called several times and 8 months later I still have not been refunded the money. Very poor customer service!

Great little store! I found books there that no one else had. They have the most sheet music in stock that I have ever seen. Lady working was very friendly.

My daughter's flute broke 3 days before her Region Band audition. I explained the situation when I dropped it off for repair & Loser's had it repaired by the next day!
