I needed my thermostat changed. I called first thing in the morning. They were very quick about getting back to me. He said he would have a technician by 8 o’clock. The technician pulled in at exactly 8 o’clock in the morning. It was a young fella by the name of John. He was polite friendly checked out the furnace before he left to make sure that everything was in working order and the rates were very very reasonable. I am very satisfied with highly recommend this company.

Called at 3: 15 to possibly get service done at my residence. Granted same day service. The secretary tells me they are done at 3: 30! Then why the heck do you answer the phones, if done in fifteen minutes? Oh, and WHY DOES IT SAY ON THE SITE OPEN TIL 5? The luxuries of having an 8 hour shift! Where do i sign up?

I recently had to replace 20 year old ac, heat pump, and furnace. The gentleman who provided the quote was the kindest professional I've ever met. The price was the best in the area. The installers were very courteous and professional and expert. And they did a great clean up job too. I highly recommend this company!

The individuals that we worked with were amazing! Our furnace died on a Friday night and we had a quote to replace our furnace and air conditioner Saturday. They also moved things around so we weren’t without heat for long. The following Monday they were here at 8 am installing our new unit. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

It’s a blizzard taking place in NWI and I was left without heat. I called to get my heat repaired as we come upon a blizzard with dangerous temperatures. The technician came out and was not able to fix the board on the furnace. Instead of following up later that night or next day, me and my child was left down and out with an $89 charge. Even if the circuit board was broken that the technician had, no one offered to have the emergency technician to come back or someone come to me in the morning since I already paid the money. I don’t understand how someone can be okay with a family having no heat with -25 degree real feel temperatures and three days before Christmas. Very unfortunate that this happen to my family. If this how business is conducted I will never consider this company. I have been a homeowner for 5 years and have never had this happen to me. Maybe it’s personal, maybe not but very disheartening.

The gentleman that came to service my furnace was without a doubt the kindest person I've ever met. He was also very professional and answered all my questions with patience and put me at ease regarding my worries. Thank you for your kindness, you're a rare breed.
