Restaurant Lovebird reviews
13To be classified as healthy my daughter got sick from them using canola oil, canola oil is made. It is very disgusting and involves the toxic solvent hexane (among others) – I personally don’t think these oils are suitable for human consumption. There chicken is very good but with health issues canola oil isn’t the best to use organic virgin coconut oil is the #1 oil to use. Please do better for your pardons. And remove salt from fries let people put it on there self if they choose
An almost exclusively GF menu! Amazing! I had popcorn chicken, crispy brussel sprouts, and fried pickles. So delicious. The multiple sauces were also delicious. The service was great as well; everyone was super friendly. My celiac boyfriend and I will definitely be back again!
We came in with a party of 7 and some special requests and the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The food was great but the service was out of this world. We’ll be back for sure.
The spicy honey and sweet chili sauces were yummy. Onion rings, fries, brussels sprouts, and popcorn chicken were all a hit. Great prices, nice sized servings. Park around back, they have a lot!
Was visiting sesame place and was nervous about what I could eat as someone with celiac. We doordashed this place from a hotel next to sesame place and I cannot express how absolutely in love with this food I am. It is about a 10 hour drive for me and I would go back just for this food. We got the family sized chicken bites (everyone loved them and they don't have any allergy), the family sized Mac and cheese (noodles were to die for, cheese was a little grainy but didn't bother me), the onion rings (yum), and the fries (nothing special but a great side that was safe to eat), and their signature sauce (I could drink it by the gallon, it's similar to chick fil a sauce but with much more flavor). Our grandma ordered a salad from somewhere else because she didn't want anything fried and because she doesn't typically like anything gluten free and it smelled so good she ended up trying it, which led to her putting her salad in the fridge and eating what we ordered from here. And best part was I didn't get sick! I am a very sensitive celiac so this is a huge deal. I couldn't recommend this place more, if I'm ever in PA again I will be back!
This place is awesome. The food is delicious. It's so hard to find good gluten free food and this place just crushes it. Will come back whenever I'm in town.
Great little place to stop in that is completely gf! The service was excellent and friendly.
Sooooo yummy! The GF rolls on the chicken sandwiches are to die for, the Mac n cheese is delicious and I hate Mac n cheese, the chicken poppers were amazing! Love all around! Please come open a spot on the Robbinsville strip; you will be well received, I know it!
Fast service in midweek lunch hour.very impressed with their vegetarian offerings. Tofu Lovebird sandwich was fantastic!
Lovebird is a nice little place tucked in with other restaurants. We parked behind the building and actually came in the back entrance. Chicken was definitely a major component of the menu, ie popcorn chicken or adding it to any of the other menu items. The wonderful thing about their menu was that most of it was gluten free. They also keep an allergens menu right up front with the blackboard menu, so you can look and see what allergens are on the menu. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and allergens. They also made great suggestions for their menu. There is seating outside and inside. They are smaller tables and less of them, so large groups should be mindful of this. The food was really good! The chicken was so so good! For kids that were fidgety, they gave an activity pack, which was greatly appreciated. It did not take us long to get our food. Food was well priced for the food we got. You can order online, and it looks like they do catering as well. Great service, great food! Recommend giving it a try, and will definitely go back again!
They have master the art of perfect French Fries. Even when getting them via take-out, they are warm and crispy, yet not overdone. I have tried nearly all of their sandwiches. I love them all, but the Rancher with the onion jam is an experience. Even if you CAN have the bun, I recommend the GF wrap. While the bread is good, you taste more flavors with the wrap. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE.
We love Lovebird. Great chicken and some healthy options. They are awesome. Highly recommend checking them out!
I love it here! My personal favorite is the apple jack with mac n cheese and lovebird sauce! 10/10
They have the BEST chicken. I'm not too big on their sides but their chicken is amazing. The staff is always very friendly and nice but there is not too much of a seating area and I think they do most of their business through online ordering. I recommend that as it takes about a 15-20 minute wait if you just walk in. Best fried chicken I've ever had!
