Lovely Foot Associates, PC, Johnstown PA

I recently just started going to Dr. Lovely and I think he's wonderful and so is his staff. I actually enjoy going there when I have a appointment.

Wonderful staff and doctor. Would recommend to anybody. Made me feel alot better. Yay!

I feel kind of badly that this office has a negative rating due to his staff. Dr. Lovely is a really, really nice guy. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and over-explains his plans/surgery/what to expect. He did surgery on my mum that was smooth sailing and I’ve had surgery on my own foot very recently. If I wouldn’t have had my mom as a reference, the reviews would have had me avoiding this office. Which is a bummer because he is really skilled at what he does. I noticed his health grades score is also poor because of the staff. The handful of times I’ve been there, pre & post op, the receptionist was pleasant as was nurse. I personally know that getting rid of poor employees can be a long, drawn out process. Perhaps he made a few bad choices in hiring staff and when the folks below encountered them he was aware of the issue and had to just bid the time? I’m not making excuses, just putting a possibility out there. The bottom line is: if you want a skilled doctor who has been in this field long enough to hone his craft, I would come here.

And to the poster who commented on the receptionists weight: shame on you. Honestly. Rude or not, their appearance has nothing to do with their attitude.

I would give this place and these folks 10 stars if it was an option.

I've had nothing but great, A+ experiences with the staff and Doc himself. Always kind, always courteous, always helpful and professional. And unlike most other experiences I have had with other doctors and care providers, they truly care about what your dealing with and going through, and will work endlessly to diagnose and treat you problems, and see it through all the way to the end. My issues have persisted for years, and they were always working to continue and find the cause of my problems, and never gave up. I could not give a higher recommendation to anyone.

Dr. Lovely and his staff are amazing, and I would & will recommend anyone to them, without hesitation. Hands down.it's the best care i have ever received in this area for any medical problems. And 2nd place isn't even close.

Dr Lovely’s wife, the big-built woman, that runs the office was angry and scary. When I tried to discuss my concern re her unnecessary rudeness to my mother, she yelled “We don’t need your business! There is a shortage of podiatrist’s in town and we have plenty of patients! ” An unexpected unprofessional response. Tensions within office staff on several occasions.

Office Staff are the most terrible in the world, was late but enroute there and all they wanted to do was charge me and reschedule I was within a 5 min arrival and had just picked my phone up to call when they called me and would not see me, a slot is a slot and I’m sure someone took my place, the staff there is is not understanding and very rude.
