We had the pleasure of working with Autumn. She was very friendly and helpful both in the showroom and by text message. She was a wealth of information and made recommendations based on our needs (dogs and kid friendly) and measurements to fit our space. We are looking forward to enjoying our couch for years to come.

LoveSac came through on the three year warranty for the cushion covers! The cushions were definitely not wearing like they should have (fiber pieces were coming out and leaving bald spots) and LoveSac sent replacements. Thank you!

This is a huge thank you shout out to Autumn at the KOP store. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind as we went through multiple changes and gyrations to tailor a LoveSac sactional to our space in a renovated basement. Autumn’s communication was immediate when we found a few covers arrived damaged and she worked quickly to have new ones expedited to us. The quality of the furniture and comfort for movie watching and versatility for sleepovers for our kids is awesome. Highly recommend LoveSac and ask for Autumn.

Love the customer service and the quality of the product however, delivery was horrible. No calls about when just an email stating it would be delivered THAT same day. As we’re not fully moved in yet it was a huge inconvenience for us to have to rush down there because there was no time given on when our couch would be delivered. We also have 2 young children so we had to sit there all day and wait for it with no furnishings or anything in the house. Very unhappy with communication in the delivery process

Hit or miss.with my final order and sale I was happy, however before that I entered and received no effort for a sale or to share information from a different set of staff. Like I said with my final sale I was more than happy.

A unique type of furniture. Several different ways to create the furniture and a variety of fabics and colors to choose from. The covers are washable and it carries a lifetime guarantee. Also selected was cup holders, and surround sound. You can charge your phone on the arms. It will be delivered to you and must be able to put it together. Discounts are given to first responders, healthcare workers, teachers and active or retired military.

I felt rushed at the store. I provided the hero 5% code and they told me they took it off but that I wouldn't see it on the statement for 2 months. That didn't sound right, so I called Lovesac, not the store, the next day and the woman not only took the 5% off, she immediately emailed me a new invoice. I knew the sales folks lied to me. Are they paid commission I assume? Sad they could sleep at night knowing they almost ripped me off of 500 savings. The couch came fast, we like it. The smell of the couch isn't desirable. Gives me a headache but hope it wears off soon. Grateful to the customer service rep I spoke to on the phone for adjusting our price and verifying our shipment was properly processed so that all parts would come together.

We ordered a sactional today after our second visit to this store. The salespeople were attentive and answered all of our questions and provided different suggestions for our configuration. Super easy ordering process. Great store!

I brought my 3 kids in, excited to purchase a lovesac for our new basement. The employee (nathia) could not of been less of a help. The kids and I were so excited. We had SO MANY questions. She barely new the answers. She never came out from behind her desk. She was standoff-ish. It was over all a lack luster experience. I ended up buying a size having no idea if it is big enough (I could have gone bigger now that I have it) Just an over all UNDER WHELMING experience. Not one I wanted to have after spending well over $1300!
