My mother is in a memory care facility and I've been through many Companies for assistance. Loving Arms has been the best experience all around. I am relieved and comforted knowing they are with her. I love her care takers and don't know what I would do without them. I am able to sleep at night without worrying which is an added bonus.

I have been with Loving Arms Elder Care as a Caregiver for 7 months now. My overall experience has been great. Management is very welcoming and feels more family oriented than it just being a job. All of my current and past clients were lovely. Management is very helpful and flexible with my everyday life. Management is also very up to date with tech as far as communication and care for clients which is a plus.

I made the call based on a positive interview experience my family had for my mother-in-law. Care in that case was not necessary after all. My phone call was not pleasant. I was told they were very short staffed and did not have the time or inclination to travel to my area. While I do understand the staffing issues all the agencies are having, the abruptness was not called for. This was not an easy phone call to make after caring for my 95 year old mother for 15 years and I was just looking for a break. I was made to feel badly by making the phone call. Will not be calling again even when staffing issues improve.

Our original meeting with Aimee was comfortable and very informative. It was obvious that she cared deeply about providing us with just the right staff for our loved one. We were very pleased with the care that the Loving Arms staff provided. We highly recommend Loving Arms to anyone who is looking for exceptional and compassionate care for their loved ones.

I've been working at Loving Arms for about a year and half now, and honestly, I love working for them. I have nothing bad to say about them, because not only do they care about their clients, they also care about their caregivers. In November when Covid-19 was at its peak, they were short on staff, and the boss herself helped cover the shifts of the people who were unable to come to work. That really left a great impact on me, and if I needed care for my loved ones, this would be the first company I contacted. Even last month when we had the snowstorm, they offered rides to the caregivers who couldn't drive on the icey roads. 5 stars

I've been blessed to work for this great organization! Owners and supervisors have been and continue to be very supportive for the past 10 + years that I've been there. Wonderful scheduling, they've always worked with me to make sure my needs are met. The entire company goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable in all your needs for client care. I have made life-long friendships with many co-workers. I have worked for many other home health care companies throughout my life - but none measure up to Loving Arms Elder Care. (The name says it all.) Thank you Aimee and Matt Reed. Thank you for 10 years - and counting!

I really enjoy working here at LAEC, it’s been about 2 years and I have no complaints. Management and other the other working staff does a great job.

Loving Arms has provided care for my mother for several years. Their caregivers are amazing. Management is always very responsive. In two years, they have never missed covering a shift!

Provide competent, courteous, and are very considerate of my Mother's needs. Patience is another value that is demonstrated and needed.

Bad management practices. Will not communicate and overall very bad service! Would NOT recommend to anyone either for employment or services needed.
