I rented a uhaul online for pickup at LMSS. Oftentimes that can be a burden, but this time, things were awesome! My rental experience was quick and easy! LMSS staff was attentive and efficient. All of the processes were explained and my move went great! They also gave me a baggie of sweets for the trip!

Decent place. Short-staffed like many places are these days. People are nice but it takes a lot of phone calls to get things done. Rented a unit and a truck. Truck and close out of the unit were the only challenging parts of dealing with the business. I did see lots of tailgating every time I was there where people snuck in when the gate was open, but we personally never had any security issues.

These guys are good! They worked with me during a really bad financial situation and didn't give up on my account! They helped and advised me what to do to try and save some money on my storage unit! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit!

I went here to return a cargo van I rented from another location. The woman working the desk was beyond rude. I understand things get busy but customers can't see that from outside! I didn't even get past opening the door before she shouted, "you'll have to wait outside! I already have people in front of you I'm waiting on! " Do yourself a favor, drop the key in the box outside and use the online option to return your rental. You'll have to take pics of the odometer, inside the truck and outside but at least the online option doesn't come with unnecessary attitude.

Their customer service was terrible. Made an appointment pickup time but waited 40 min. Didn't want the insurance but they added without any notice. My fault not to check throughly becuase I was in a hurry. Wasted my time and money there.
