Can spend hours in this place! Always end up finding something I need, no matter what I go for. Employees are respectful and knowledgeable.

They have tools, building supplies, paint, appliances, garden supplies, helpful staff and some other ish. If you really need a review of Lowe's get out more

Anytime I need tools the same day, this is the only place I visit. The people are friendly and knowledgable.

Lowes has lots of people working there but try to find one when your getting lumber or bags of cement. They are allergic to hard work. The under roof parking should be for loading not for contractors to park and shop! The store manager needs to be bumped down!

Well stocked selection of goods for all areas of you home or office. Flowers are in now and so are the veggie plants. Staff is willing to help and it usually very clean.

Absolutely Love Lowes, took wall coverings back. No problem, super return policy. Stay and bought other stuff! Just Love it!

Waited for 15 min for someone to arrive at the hardware department after I pressed the help button. Just for an elderly gentlemen to tell me that he has no idea and to return the product if it doesn't work out.

Most of the time good service good product. Last time i bought paint of the mis tint rack. When i opened it it was tried up and thick as pwanut butter. Unusable. I know it was clearance but it still should be good paint. Especially at the price i paid

Talked to some people who work there that actually knew what they were talking about. Unlike home Depot you don't need to jump threw hoops to get a military discount.

Has lost a lot of its knowledgeable sales people that used to be there. Found very short-staffed between departments and some days almost impossible to find someone to help you as call after call is made for someone to help you in certain departments

The help we received in the paint department was outstanding tonight. She was so wonderful helping with options for painting our new nursery!

Very long horrible ordeal in a simple window install. I would strongly recommend going anywhere but the Washington PA store. A large plastic bag to cover the window is better idea and well it would be measured better.

I love the products but customer service is lacking to say the least. Asked for help in the plumbing dept and after 20 minutes we left. We wemt to Home Depot but they didn't have what I wanted. Came back to Lowes to get what I wanted. We are here not still for help in plumbing. Terrible custimer service. No help.

They had just what I needed and helpful employee but they didn't tell me I needed to buy the bracket

They helped us the guy named Chuck was great there is a lady named shirly selvettie and she is the sweetist person she takes care of everyone and is always smiling

My favorite hardware for sure. I don't know what they have done recently, but customer service is outstanding! If it is a new, Manager KUDOS!

After years of shopping at Lowes and Home Depot, I have to say if you're a serious do it yourselfer go to Home Depot. Way better.
