Too much to look at and for. Asked to help, numerous times. Found what I wanted out and on way home.

Don't buy any Craftsman tools there they would not warranty them there gave me a number to call to get replacement tools

I spent a lot of money in this store (All new appliances, Tools tens of thousands of dollars) but one day I found some discounted stain, a custom color of 6 one gallon cans I really needed! I asked the person at the paint counter if I could leave it with them while I went to grab a high ticket item! When I came back 5 minutes later the cans were gone! I asked what happened and he had no idea! Basically they let someone steal my items sure it wasn't mine yet but when a store holds something for you while trying to secure a few other items I needed for my house and lets another customer take it you tend to get upset the manager that signed off on it at the register knew us because we have spent a lot of money here remodeling our house! It was the last time I stepped foot into this Lowe! Home Depot was right across the street I used to like Lowe’s better but they lost a customer that day!

Has pretty much anything you need for home improvement and large projects. If they don't have it they can get it in for you. Never had any issues returning defective product as long it's not a supplies last product. A majority of the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Ordered flooring. They said it will be there in 5 days. They called today and left a message that our order was ready for pick up. Drove 40 min.to pick up our order. They shorted us 1 box. Said it will be in on the 10th. How is it possible? Now we have to drive 1 hr 20min.to pick up 1 box. Stupid

A must in any Community trying to hold their own. Not only for the individual homeowner but a must for contractors.

I went in search of supplies to make my own orb lights, received help from a gentleman in lawn and garden and again from a gentleman in the lighting section. The employees are always so friendly and helpful.

The gentleman that assisted us was extremely friendly. He went to the opposite side of the store to get us a flat bed for our purchases.

Walked through the whole store not one sales person asked if I needed help they just were standing around complaining about having to work

I had to purchase a couple of toilets and I was greeted by not one but two employees offering me assistance and advice on picking out the right ones for my needs. A plus in customer service.

Never buying another SNAP ON tool again. Craftsman was easier to replace than the HASSEL FREE so call POS

Went shopping today trying to find a pellet stove Matt looked all over asked the flooring guy an said should be up front around lawn garden well not, so I ask him while I was there about flooring that lazy sob would not come out behind that desk to help do anything so $ 2000 deal to local hardware instead and help you out

Got what I needed. Glad to see craftman tools are still around just wish they where made in the usa

You treat your employees like chopped liver. No one wants to do business with a company who lost their values many years ago. Have fun failing. I see the stock price descending graciously.:)

I HAVE BEEN GETTING MATERIAL AT THIS STORE FOR YEARS AND SPENT A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DEPARTMENT STAFF AND EVERYONE DOWN AT THE PRO'S DESK HAS ALWAYS BEEN GREAT. KEEP IT UP!

Lowe's is the only place i go for what i need. Their prices are reasonable and they are very helpful.

One live cashier on duty, hurray. Other wise I leave my items and go across the street where I can get "real service".
