Walmart of the tool world. Have everything except what you need. Went in for a barbed T fitting 1-1/2". Had T fittings for every size of pipe except. Had 1-1/2" adaptors, elbows, and inline junctures, but no T. Did have an employee help in my search and she understood my frustrations.could have been a one stop trip, but ended up going to Tractor Supply, (late in the day, other places were closed) found it there. I'm going to mom and pop shops from here on out. Tractor supply as a last resort. I like my veteran's discount at Lowe's, but I'll gladly pay a little more to keep the money in the community.

Precautions. Order items in 10 days before expected, well done. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Don't have parts I need Even if I got it there told wakers hardware in L H they have it.like always they do they get the sale.

I usually have good things to say about Lowes, however I purchased a smart thermostat with a gift card. I found out that the thermostat does not work with my current heating system. I brought the thermostat back within 10 days, only to be hassled by the customer service people. I explained my story and they still were not going to return the item and credit me a gift card. Luckily I had a copy of the receipt on my email, otherwise I would have had to keep the 89.00 thermostat. The customer service people acted like I was such a bother to them. I kept my cool, showed them the email receipt and all is well now. Management should probably hire, retrain, or restructure other "helpful" people at the service desk.

Not impressed, had an employee completely ignore me and walk over to another customer. Informed the manager and they knew exactly who I was referring to.

It's not that I like this place but it's more about the choice we have to shop at. Not much competition in a small town so you pay the price.

Usually happy with service however this is second time I've been there that I am very disgusted and disappointed with service. Return desk was great so was the guy in weed eater section but the guy in lumber was not even remotely friendly when I asked to get plywood cut.it will be a minute. 20 minutes later workers standing around talking nobody asking if I needed help I got fed up and left.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If I had trouble finding anything there was always someone there to help.

We do alot of shopping at Lowe's we just had a fence installed and they done a wonderful job see Lowe's for all your needs.
