Like Walmart now things are made to there specs so not always as good of quality. Old store was better

They are in process of moving the store around but everyone was very helpful in finding what I was looking for

No associates available for customer service after requesting assistance 2 times in 45 min wait time. I do not suggest that store if you need assistance.

Went to buy pressure treated lumber. I thought I picked my lumber from the correct bin but at the register the price was higher than on the shelf. I had an associate help to show me where the correct price was, he did but the prices weren't in neatly placed they were randomly placed. Hello manager look at your store.the signs should be uniform and easy to suggest the correct price.

During these Covid19 time's they were not enforcing wear a mask rule. Worker's were also not wearing mask's when they were away from their stations.

Was able to get every close color match from an old discontinued deck stain. Very good service.:)

They usually have what you need but then some old man in a vest will go “what you REALLY want is. ” and I appreciate you, but I know what I’m about.

Was shopping for a particular orchid. They didn't carry that one. Their houseplant section was clean and very well organized.
I love the friendliness of the employees.

I like roaming the aisles in this store. I find little things that I can turn into something else with my grandkids. Fun projects! My son does the real shopping while we are there. He finds all of the supplies he needs to flip the apartments when ppl move out. And, the workers are very helpful when we are in a hurry to get supplies for an emergency water leak or something like that!
I wish every store was as organized as Lowe's!

The kitchen cabinet guy is a bit in your face and pushy for someone who has no idea what he is talking about

The only thing that annoys me about this place is some of the people they have working there. They try to act as if they know what they are talking about and all they really want is to try and make you spend more money on things you dont need. Not everyone, just some.

They always have just what I need at a good price! And the restrooms are always the neatest around! I spend so much time in the store looking and gathering supplies that at the end of my trip I need to make a trip to the restroom. Tee hee!

Lowe's has a large selection of just about anything you need for all your home projects at reasonable prices. The stores are very organized and you can easily find what you need. The workers are always very knowledgeable and helpful.
