Lowe's Home Improvement, Butler PA

I came to Lowe’s for three things. I started at the top of my list with getting a toilet, no one was in the department. I kinda knew what I wanted but still knew absolutely nothing about toilets. I got one, on my own into the cart. I’m a 23 female.to the next department, flooring. I had samples, knew exactly what I wanted. I was delighted to see the sticker (that was old) was cheaper than what I found online. When I spoke with Kim she said it was a mistake but would gladly honor it, so kind. Kim was absolutely amazing! Truly beyond kind, and helpful. Went out of her way for me. I proceeded upfront with a toilet and 18 cases of flooring, so happy to be saving some money. The cashier mediocrely told me no one was able to help me load.oh, okay! Whatever. I went out and loaded everything, struggled.but I did it! I came back in and begged for help with the toilet after trying for 10 minutes, alone.in the blizzard. Kelsey delightfully came out and helped me, a true saint. We laughed and made the best of it. I expressed my gratitude multiple times, and still plan too. Answering my customer service questions was hard because some people deserved a. 2/10 but Kelsey, and Kim. Wow.employees of the month. As for Joe Tranontana, who I didn’t meet but being the manager it falls on you. NO ONE should ever be told they don’t have someone to help load. I spent almost $900 today. What if I was 60 years old? What if I had a broken arm? Anyways. Kelsey and Kim again, truly an asset to my shopping trip.

Great selection of hand tool's. I was in the market to buy a new socket set and sure enough after 20 minutes at Lowe's comparing different set's I finally found the right one for me. Thank you!

People are nice and actually don't mind helping you the whole way while smiling makes the experience pleasant unlike accross the parking lot (road)

Was out of all the hardware handles we looked at. The employees dragged us ALL through the store and when leaving we found them
Useless trip had to get them at Home Depot

After receiving no sales assistance in person at the Hermitage, PA store, I ordered a Whirlpool washer & dryer set online from the Butler, PA store. Delivery and installation were 5-star!

They have most things you need, not always the most eager to help find stuff. Employees don't seem very happy to be there. The place with the orange shirts people seem more helpful and happy to be there

Had what we were looking for but self check out was kind of a pain and the check out line was very long because of only having 1 checkout lane open from what I saw

An employee ask if I needed help finding something and I did. The birdseed stock had moved so She walked me right to it! Darn, didn't catch her name. Great store an service. David McElroy

Older Staff with Seniority rude and not helpful at all. Need to go back to customer service school. Was not allowed to browse the shelves. Was told they didn't have the item I needed. "I know my aisle. Know what we have". Terrible shopping experience here.

Was very pleased everyone was very kind and helpful. Didn't know how to use the self checkout and the employee was very helpful showing me the whole process I love our Lowe's store just got our bathroom remodel and I made sure our contractor got all of the stuff by from you. Lowes is is ridiculous.not inly this time but almost every other.i have had employees walk away and ignore me, i had a girl see me standing there waiting to speak to her while she was on the phone laughing and joking and walk in the oposite direction to avoid me.

Had all the items I needed and also had my pick up order ready. I also had one team member ask if I needed help with anything.

Bought a cabinet. They helped put it in our farm my only complaint is my lowes bill. I pay 50 to $100 a month it the balance is 1300. It's going up not down

I love remodeling and having the right tool for the job. I always find what I'm looking for in this store. Plus, I get ideas for home improvements just by walking around the store. Thank you Lowe's for your well layed out store.
