Lady was very rude on the phone after my phone rang for 4 minutes before someone picked up! I just hung up all I wanted to know before I drove a hour was if they had something in stock. She asked if I looked online! It’s not that hard to type in a model number to make sure!

Joey came to our rescue we needed help to get a box down with a shelving unit in it Joey went to get a lift to get it down and I went to get a box of garbage bags and when I got back to isle 13 Joey had it down waiting on me with the cart, now thats Service Thanks Lowes it certainly was a pleasure shopping today

I would give a 5 star but my husband and I were looking for lumber and it's all bowed. Shame on you for offering such low grade products

Lowes is a wonderful store! The employees are kind and helpful, and they have just about everything you need for renovations and home construction.

Typical Lowe’s.if you’ve been in one you’ve been in the all.to much Craftsman stuff! Their merger with Sears Craftman’s tools is just to much in your face!

Lowe's probably has what you need to get the job done. When called upon staff is knowledgeable and helpful

I shop at Lowe's regularly. Their prices are cheaper than home depot prices, they have a better variety of merchandise.

We bought electrical wire, and one employee went out of his way to find a new spool so that we had enough wire. Both men did an excellent job, and were very helpful.

Went here recently for washing machine. Great selection! Good prices. Was interested in a washing machine without the agitator! The friendly and knowledgeable staff explained the differences and got me on the right track! I bought one with a agitator! I'm very pleased!

Staff is always very helpful, they have a nice selection for all projects. We bought all brand new kitchen appliances here last year and the sales person was very helpful and friendly. Installers were great (we did have a slight issue with what item was being delivered when but the store immediately corrected it and made it right). We go here for almost 90% of our project needs

Bought a gas grill. Younger guy who helped us was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. So was the guy who was waiting on someone else but took time to ask the other young man to help us! Lowe's is THE place!

Our go to for any of are home repair needs! They have a wide variety of tools, appliances, and outdoor equipment along with seasonal goods for the Holidays. In the Spring they have a great outdoor section for plants. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful.

Staff very polite, professional, good sense of humor. Connect so well with customer. It's salespeople like that, which will keep customers to keep coming back. Always go that extra mile for the customer! Awesome Job Joe!

Lowe's they got everything you need! Starting from tape to wood. It's great becuase I like to play with tools when I'm bored sometimes I make a wooden chicken or a wooden girlfriend

Asked for help with a grille employee left and didn't come back until 20 minutes later then blamed it on manager. Won't buy from there again.

Like most lowes you cant find anyone that can help. If you do find them the dont know. I avoid this place. I use the other chain most the time.

There doesn't seem to be enough help on the floor to show you where things are if you don't have a smartphone you're not going to find it maybe well you'll find that you'll just takes more time

The customer service is lacking. When you can find an employee they don't seem tp have answers and not really invested in getting information for you. I like Lowe's but it's going down hill.
