This rating is based on phone customer service, I have been calling for over an hour for help with a delivery that I didnt receive but no one answers on that department and when customer service answers and asks me what I need they put me on hold with still no answer. Ive asked to speak to a manager but it rings and rings until someone picks up the line only to hang up. Im not even going to get started with their rude incompetent delivery service. I dont think I can give a zero so they get a one.

Exceptionally friendly staff, fast friendly service, cleanliness, convenience all words to describe my experience today! Keep up the good work and encouraging all your staff to have friendly helpful customer service that's something you don't find in a lot of businesses these days due to the pandemic and such, I like it when I can walk into a store and feel welcome:)

Never answer the calls and if they do, they put you on hold for long or they transfer you many times because the other departments do not answer. Also, they do not know what they are doing. There is a lot going on always at the customer service desk. Too many old people that need to be retired or have them Train better. They do not know a lot of the processes. I end up calling a manager everytime I go to the store. They do not follow up with clients when you purchase merchandise to be pick up at the store. Took 4 month to have information on a item I purchase, I called but no answer. I had to go to the store instead.

Once again an item shows in stock online and on the app but there are none in the store. This time there are supposed to be 19 available. This is an ongoing issue I'm

Curb side pick-up was fast and flawless. Jacinta helped me when I called, and item was brought out quickly when I let them know I wasn't feeling well. Polite, fast, curb-side; Well done!

Very fast friendly and knowledgeable sales associates. Found everything needed for home improvement all in one stop. In and out in a breeze! A+

I always enjoy shopping here. Most of the time they have everything that I'm looking for. Prices fluctuate as expected but they still come in lower priced on most items.

HORRIBLE customer service. I never really feel the need to give reviews but DO NOT ORDER HERE FOR HOME DELIVERY. They never delivered my glass sliding door charged me for it then every time I call to get a refund or actually have the delivery rescheduled I get hung up on right away or transferred around for an hour then eventually hung up on. I asked for a manager and they’re no where to be found. Save yourself the time & headache and order from a different location! AVOID THIS STORE.

Friendly staff, great selection to meet needs. Super busy during this holiday season, expect to wait during checkout. Pick up was so congested, I did vehicle pick-up, waited over an hour. Turned out employee never looked for order, got sidetracked. A second call placed resulted in a nice lady bringing out microwave within minutes.

Fast friendly knowledge based customer service and assistance in finding everything i need in one trip and for the best prices.

Update: 4th time now being hung up on now after another 45 minutes of calling today. I tried going through the store but I guess I’ll have to use other outlets to get the problem fixed.

Curbside pickup for a washer, was given the wrong one and a cheaper model than what I paid for. Spent about an hour calling them explaining the issue and was hung up on 3 separate times. Finally was told the manager would call me back with a time to deliver the correct one and a day later no call and no one will pick up the phone now. Not sure what the disconnect here is between management and staff but I’m still out a washer and have theirs that’s not the one I paid for and no one seems to care to correct the problem. All I want is to know when the correct one will be delivered and not blown off. I don’t feel that’s unreasonable to ask when the error is not on my end.

Called to find out if they had a specific product in stock they kept putting me on hold and the hanging up. Spent over an hour on the phone just trying to find out if they had any M3-0.5 set screws. Finally I gave up and just drove to the store. For anyone that's interested the do not have any metric set screws smaller than M4. This is something that should have taken less than 1 min over the phone now I've lost 3 hours of my day for nothing.

First 2 items I looked for were empty, the 3rd is not carried in this location but is a common item.

Let say it doesnt compare to their raval. I order carpet for install and they put a wrong phone number in.mesuring compamy didnt show up on the appointments day.seat there waiting all day.

Got some great advice today in the plumbing section today. Thought I be spending a few bucks.bought slightly more.

Great place for all you home needs. If you need a piece of board cut down.this is the place! Very friendly and helpful staff.

Normally good. But went specifically to get a board and get it cut. Their saw was broke and could not cut my board

We went there to price a shower door. The gentleman who helped us was so helpful, he answered all of our questions and he went above and beyond because he even printed out the information on a few shower doors that we are considering. He also informed us that they now have this new rent to own policy kind of like Aaron's and the first three months is interest free!

The worst management I have ever seen 2 cashiers open on a very busy day. People lined up in the aisles!
