The Lowe’s on Peach St Erie Pa is amazing! Went to purchase appliances at the west Erie store and had zero results. Couldn’t help us. Frank at the peach store immediately greeted us and got us the right appliances delivered (for free!). Thank you! This is my new go to home improvement store!

On some things a little too high on price but for the most part great place to shop they're very helpful there

Was delivered the wrong dryer after waiting 3 weeks for it, the guy in customer service was not friendly when i called about it. The communication was beyond terrible and the wait for another one was ridiculous but my refund went nicely and that was the only good thing about Lowe's

Once you figure out how to navigate the store. You are in business. Pretty much in and out (unless something else catches your eye)

We were doing some price checking for a up coming project. They seem to have everything we might need with a good verity.

Employees are always friendly and ask if you need help. If you say no they actually leave you alone. I like coming here!

Bought a large riding mower. Adam, an ssociate, was extremely helpful and handled the whole sale. There was one tiny problem with the unit but with one call, the store manager sent someone out the next day. After that we bought a snowmobile, washer, dryer, stove, and refrigerator and got the same quality service.

Love the new pickup lockers! So much more convenient than waiting in line while someone returns a pallet full of drywall haha. What I really like about Lowe's is once you can find someone.if they don't have an answer to your question they'll find someone who does. It's the having to find someone that gives them four stars instead of five, but I guess that's all big box stores. And of course Paul loves that he can join in on the shopping! Thank you to another dog friendly business!

This location takes much better care of their plants than the other Lowe's in the area. They actually water them regularly.

Just there today. The boxed item I chose was coated with dust. It would be nice to clean things before putting them on the shelf.

We were looking for garden type fencing to redirect my very large and fast growing pumpkin's and watermelon plants! 2 very nice guys helped us and patiently answered All our questions. Helped us make an informed decision. I wish I would of gotten their names so I could give a proper personal shout out! We were there Tuesday night about 10 mins before closing yet they didn't rush us. We ended up going with 6ft decorative garden fencing as opposed to green garden fencing. Both would work but one was more visually pleasing to look at and least physical work installing. So decorative fencing it is! Will install tomorrow and update with pictures. Thanks guys!

I was in lowes a couple of weeks ago looking for steel wool and they directed me to paint area I asked the people where can I find steel wool and all she did was point to where to go.didnt even have the audacity to show me. And when I did go and try to find it I couldn't wasn't able to. Didn't know where it was nobody in that damn store was willing to help me, so I went back and the people that directed me to go back into that isle were talking among themselves. Poor customer service

Just tried to order a pit boss series 4 smoker that was priced at $399 on the floor but out of stock. Sales rep looked up and was pricing a series 3 at that price and a 4 was $449. Typical bait and switch. They because price on floor should have ordered at that price.

Great experience here. Helpful associates and website helped when I couldn’t find one with layout and specific isle and bay of the items I was looking for.

Even though Lowe's has what you need, trying to find an employee for help is non existent. Luckily there was a customer I could ask questions about the product I was considering to buy and he answered my questions.
