Went to home depot on the Roosevelt Blvd first check out line was backed up to the entry doors area. No waiting at Lowes.

This store is slowly Getting worse and Worse, I'm in there at least once if not multiple times a week, each time seems inventory is worse than the last time, restrooms are dirtier than the last time, and today I saw two mice in the store one ran by As I walk through the doors next to customer service And the other one Was Running right by next to all the stuff that's to the right of you right before entering the hallway to the restroom

Very polite employees, very helpful with any questions you may have and really just with any thing in general. Clean and organized store as well.

I recently received a dryer from Lowes and it was hands down the worst experience that I’ve had with any purchase. I waited for almost 2 months to receive my dryer and when I called in to check on the status, I was informed that my dryer has been at the store the entire time. Trying to get through the call center to speak to a representative was very frustrating. I would spend on average 45 minutes waiting to speak to someone, or constantly getting transferred to different departments who would eventually hang up on me or simply just not answer. I was promised a delivery date so I took off from work and at the last minute I had to call in and find out that my delivery date was pushed back. This whole experience was very unprofessional, frustrating, and very time consuming. I will never order anything from Lowe’s again. And if anyone reads this review, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I'm looking at brackets, the guard was making my shopping experience horrible as he followed me everywhere, kept walking passed me until I said well sir you're so focus on me can you either help me out or get me help where are the workers? Smh I finally tracked one down and he was actually very helpful as far as the guard. I just went to God about him, he don't know who my father is so I'll let Father God handle him.

No one in store knew what steel wool was. Unbelievable right and when I wanted to know where a wire brush was the guy took me to the paint brush.

I like Lowe's it's okay but I'm always constantly trying to compare to prices between them and home Depot the good thing is that they're both on the same block so if you go to one and the other one don't have it go to the other one to me their business are the same sometimes Lowe's have things that are cheaper and then you go to home Depot and the things that were expensive and Lowe's is cheaper in home Depot so sometimes if you go down there you want to take a trip to both of them make a list and check one thing off at a time

Great customer service specialist Luciana the cashier I might not have pronounce her name right but she is the one who sold me my microwave oven

I don't know the person's name, but the man that works in the plumbing department was very knowledgeable about the parts required to fix my boiler and knew exactly where to find the parts. Fantastic service.

Went there to get 1 gal. Quikrete bonding agent. The website says they have more than 10 in stock but I could not find it on the shelf. One associate tried to help but he couldn't find it either.
I went out and I order it online for store pickup. One our later the item was ready for pickup.

There's a lot of people that work in there that is willing to help you and then get you out as fast as possible I recommend Lowe's over Home Depot

I love the place it has professional staff and they're so helpful when you ask them questions and that's very important to me.

Got what I needed but the person that waited on me went above and beyond his duty. I bought blinds, he was patient kind I appreciate it so much.

Bad customer service I called about 7 times, in 1 month to have to have money refunded back to my lowes account after ordering from out the store have a grill n tables delivered, I sent back because it was scratched n was not refunded I will be going to the store on Monday

Just to make aware for people who are applying to this Lowes (2732). I wouldn't recommend this store for anybody who's applying or had thought of working at this store. If you're applying here to work. You wouldn't get what you need but instead give some of the lazy management what they want from you. On the next note. Is if you're applying here for extra hours or want to work for more money. You will not receive much of that availability especially if you have a child reasoning or anything of similar. Some of the things they do here is without understanding or have a valuable point. Than there's manager's for example like Maggie and Elva and probably some others that should know who they are that just stand there or be there to look pretty or mainly don't work as much as the associates do. The funny part is when culprit comes around they try to make everything look perfect as if there's no lack of employees and issues within the company. Every associate should give their opinions and what they have to say and I'm here to prove that.

If you don't use your friendly neighborhood hardware store-better research what you need and know all the answers because these people it seems questions are bothersome and annoying.
I wanted carpet shampoo for my shampooer.
Had NO clue how to answer.
My hardware store wasn't open yet, didn't want to wait, so I went to target. Got answers and my shampoo. Called my hardware store later, said the advice was right. Bloody Marvelous.

Been coming here for a while about 2 years this place and home depot but this place is way different then Home Depot in good ways.always parking.the store is very calm never to crazy at all.find things real easily here every thing Is in Oder neat.more cleaner here too.just a calm good place that I now like over Home Depot any day!

Went in for a Trigger Sprayer for my water hose. I was helped by floor staff and a cashier in gardening that went over and beyond to help me. I appreciate it.

I was in your Garden Dept outside looking for mulch. I’m disabled, wear oxygen and had a friend who was there with me to help me with my needs although I’m capable of doing most of my shopping, he’s there for the muscle. There was an older woman who looked disgusted each time I asked her a question about do you have, where could I find so I stopped asking her questions and asked the cashier outside who is the kind of person I like being helped by. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Helped me to get to a phone as I left mine in my cab that I spent $40 round trip then got a younger gentleman to get the mulch I needed and asked if he could help me get and put in my car. Two young folks who were right there when I needed help. Everyone writes in negative and nasty comments when they dont like the store, I thought it would be nice to know their good deeds didn’t go unnoticed and unappreciated. To the female cashier and the male stock person, Thank You so much. Appreciate your help
