I would rate this store zero if I could. The front desk never answers the phone, with hold times exceeding 20 minutes every time I call. You cannot reach specific departments through their phone system. If you stay on long enough, they just hang up on you.

We ordered and paid for a door in July and still have not had it installed over 4 months later. I received a call from Lowe’s corporate that the door had arrived at the store and it’s been 14 days without a call from the store or installer. Absolutely horrific for custom orders like this.

The store has a few really nice employees (younger employees). My biggest issue is that I went to the store looking for a vent cover and went to ask an employee (older man with glasses/caucasian) for help but he didn't look at me, didn't talk to me and overall ignored me after I politely asked him for help. He said "no we don't have that here" and walked off without telling me where I could find something similar to that product. Can't imagine coming back here after that, he needs customer service training.

Great place to shop for homes apartments you ask them to help you they walk with you all the way so I visited them today I bought me a nice doorbell video doorbell I bought me a mailbox with a key reasonable prices better than home Depot

Never, ever buy an appliance from any Lowes. Every time I bought an appliance from there, I either had to send it back because of damage or didn't work. This week was the last time, 3rd appliance bought 3rd time had to send back. Never again!

Awful experience. Bought a fridge that was to be delivered Saturday, the confirmation call came Friday stating Saturday between 10: 30 and 2: 30. The fridge never came and no one knew what happened. A week later and over an hour of waiting on hold, being hung up on after waiting on hold 30 min still no answers about our fridge and where it's at or when it wil be delivered.

I came to the store on Tuesday night to get flooring. The Gentleman who assisted me to get the flooring stated the the material was not out on the floor but he’d go to the back to get it. He came back and said “It’s going to take a while there’s a lot of stuff in front of it” he then went back to get it. He came back out once again and said my manager said no because of inventory. Now frustrated due to the fact I’ve wasted a hour of my day for nothing.

I went back Wednesday afternoon, asked for the flooring and the associates said no problem just give us a little bit to move stuff out of the way since it’s buried. I proceeded to tell them the event from the night prior. TWO employees told me “he could have gotten it, that was a lie about not being able to sell it because of inventory” needless to say, to the staff who helped me today: thank you.

Worst Lowe's I've ever been in. Service has been bad since before pandemic. No one is ever available to help. They can't even answer a phone.

We went here shopping for appliances. Was kinda of a long wait to speak to someone, guess thats what we get for going on a weekend. However the lady was unable to help us resolve some questions and promptly got the manager for us. Not only did the manager go out of his way to help us, he made our shopping experience great. We ended up buying our entire kitchen suite there and he saved us some money so thats always a plus. We will be using this store in the future for other home improvement needs.

Crew in receiving were rude. Offered no help for items that needed two people. Got it off this time but injured myself doing it. Not doing it again for ungrateful people.

Just horrible experience with trying to purchase a sink. Its been a long 4 day process. The only person that was amazing was Andrew Johnston and his colleague Angie. She was the one that got it cleared up and Andrew helped there after on 2 different occasions and made the experience a better one.

Pro desk there is awesome. They are always ready to help me. They have a lot of good products in stock. They sell mapei products which is a plus in my book.

This visit was much better than most of my past visits. I was there to see about replacing my patio door and had one of the best sales people I have encountered, his name was Barry. He provided me with information that I needed. Later I went to check out and again had s exceptional sales clerk. Unfortunately I did not get her name. It was one of my better visits.wish I could say that all of my trips to Lowes were like this.

Went to Lowes for a gas dryer. Off the top of his head salesman told us 8 weeks for delivery. Visited several other stores and came back to look again at Lowes. Different salesman said 2 weeks for delivery. We bought the dryer and was told we needed a new mandatory gas line which we purchased. The 2 installers came and could not unattach the gas line (wrong tools). Gas line Lowes sent us was too short. They left the dryer uninstalled and we had to get a plumber for $300.extra to install a gas line. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the service from Lowes. Love the Whirpool dryer.

This location (Easton, PA) has a MUCH better handle on their inventory than the Stroudsburg location. I called to confirm what I needed was available before taking the drive - the rep I spoke to was courteous and actually double checked. The site originally noted the item was available in the Stroudsburg store.when I arrived there I was told by one person they had 6 in stock after the item code was scanned but then told by the person who actually worked in that department that inventory wasn't updated and they had none. So taking one star off for the hassle at the Stroudsburg store.

The employees at this location were really helpful. Also, if u lost your kids homemade toy, someone put a lost toy on my car, once I was parked in handicapped spot I left it on the pole. It’s in the spots by the Exit door. I know how sad a child gets when they lose a toy (especially homemade toy) hope whoever lost it, comes back to the parking spot next to me

A big thank you to the folks that helped us out in the garden center today and in the lumber department. We were waiting for customer service to find someone to help us and these folks stepped in to cover the department they weren't even responsible for. We got a great price on seasonal sales and left satisfied.
