Lowe's Home Improvement, Bethlehem PA

I'm not sure that they ever answer their phones. My delivery for my washer and dryer is over 4 hours late with no contact information and no one answered the phones.

I come to Lowe's for everything around the house and very useful, but do NOT order a shed through Lowe's. You do not get everything on the order form and the company Lowe's contracts through is very in reliable. It's a red flag when I get a text and phone call from the contractor on a Friday night at 9: 45 pm. Saying he refuses to do the job 48 hours before it's supposed to be built. Just go anywhere else for a shed.

Had to wait 45 mins for an order that was supposedly ready for pickup. Will never shop this lowes location again.

It was horrible when I was a kid they I remember do-it-yourself stores used to have employees with knowledge to help you with any project now nobody knows anyting

Ordered an item at Mt. Pocono Lowes but did not come in so Pro desk checked Bethlehem Lowes and it was in stock there. Drove an hour with my paid receipt to Bethlehem Lowes and manager would not honor my discount from Mt. Pocono Lowes, told me he didn't care that I was seriously inconvenienced because it wasn't there fault. Would not even give any discount. Apparently they don't care about customer service. This was the worst experience I have ever had at Lowes, been shopping at Lowes for a long time. Maybe it's time to shop at Home Depot. This manager needs some customer service training or maybe be replaced.

Absolutely wretched customer service experience. I called the night before my scheduled delivery date, because I still hadn’t received any details on when my 4 appliances would arrive outside of the standard 8am to 8pm response. Customer service transferred me to deliveries, I waited on hold for 22 minutes before an associate picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I called back, the customer service associate told me he could see my delivery was scheduled for tomorrow between 8 am and 8pm…. Gee, thanks. Glad I waited on hold for 22 minutes for the same information I already had. I asked to speak with a manager, she came on the phone 20 minutes later. After looking up my order, she too told me it was scheduled for 8am to 8 pm the following day. 45 minutes on the phone to get the exact same information I received at the time of my order. Unacceptable, a waste of my time, and the last time I’ll ever do business with Lowes in bethlehem

Order an item for pickup. Waited a whole week for it only not to get the call saying it was ready on the pickup day. Next day called with over an hour to get on the phone with someone. (Subsequent call were much quicker 5-10 mins). Was told that the delivery date was changed without my permission. Then call back and was told my item it not going to come. Spoke to a manager and apparently I ordered and paid for an item that they don't have in stock in any of their locations and yet the item is listed online and yet no one was going to call me. Ordered on leasing so now if I want that item I have to pay the full price at a different store. This was actually my first time really dealing with Lowes but now it is my last

Bethlehem store is the better of the three near me. It's usually very clean and stocked.

Daniel in Appliances was very very helpful and professional. Give him a promotion. He has the leadership skills.

Good layout in store, good stock. Carries authentic Apple Products too.
And yes it's a current job posting, but was posted right at entrance to restrooms, so when I took picture, ppl looked at me funny

Went to the pro desk and Joe was awesome. He took care of my order quickly and accurately plus answered all of my questions.

I’ve been coming to this Lowe’s for the past year and a half since my wife and I have been renovating our home, and they have been extremely helpful. Today when I was in a rush for broken equipment before school, two individuals by the name of Chris and Jeff helped me find obscure items in less than five minutes. Both of these men deserve commended and an award. Thank you Lowe’s for saving my day, especially you Chris!

Great store. Smaller than the others, great service too, they think everyone is stealing whatever they ask about so they even carry up front for you

I went to Lowe's on Martin's Court in Bethlehem to get somethings I needed for a new dryer I had just had delivered, I went to the appliance department and it is there I met Josh well Josh was very busy with customers & when Josh waited on me he was great Josh has outstanding customer service & deserves to be acknowledged for his role at Lowe's. I cant thank him enough for helping me out with things I didn't know about. Thank you again Josh!

Lowes is convenient. Great location good parking. You can look online, put it in your cart and go in the main door and pick it up from the lockers.

Purchased a handtruck to move an old refrigerator. Worth the stop. Also picked up lawn brown bags to clean yard up.:)

Absolutely horrendous experience. So disappointed in this company.

Ordered my dishwasher in March and they called to confirm delivery date but ended up giving the last unit to someone else. I was told I'd have to wait until September for that unit.

I picked a new unit instead and asked them to cover the installation because of the inconvenience. With some negotiating, they agreed.

The people who delivered it dumped the unit on my porch and didn't knock on the door to confirm I was home or bring it in the front door.

I have no words for the poor service from the install company (CRST Solutions). Their service would call me and tell me a date for the installation. I would stay home from work and no one would show. This happened THREE times. I finally asked what was going on and someone admitted that they just put in a delivery date as a placeholder and it's not actually planned.

Once the install team finally came (2 hours late) they said they didnt have a hose long enough to install it and had no longer hoses in their van. I waited three more weeks for the longer hose and second install team to arrive. They said the first hose was long enough, but the dishwasher didnt fit. They left the dishwasher and we managed to make it fit after they left.

I went to run it this morning and it wont drain. So the install team didn't connect the hose properly. So, 6 months later I have a dishwasher that barely fits and doesnt work.

Do not expect any customer service after they swipe your card. What a nightmare.

UPDATE: I wish I could give this company zero stars. Called today for someone to come out for the third time to fix the dishwasher. They scheduled someone from their third party install company (CRST Solutions) to come out in 10 days. They also scheduled the day before checking that I was available. I said that would not work. I asked for someone from lowes to come do it, but they don't do that.

I ended up giving up and saying I would call my own plumber to come out and do it. Shockingly bad service. Dont buy appliances at Lowe's.

Mike and Lionel in appliances tried to be helpful throughout the process, but there wasnt much they could do. I also asked repeatedly to speak to the general manager and NEVER got a hold of him. I'm not sure he really exists.

Always shop here. I got a ceiling fan here. Employee was very helpful picking one out for me.

Went to buy a palm tree and found one to my liking only $20, also purchased dirt. No wait in line, cahier very nice, store very clean. No complaints, I recommend.

I usually speak well of Lowes, but it's kind of hard to know how they stay in business. I know all businesses are having trouble getting workers but pretty bad the other day.
