Love Lowes Lowes always has adults that are there to guide you with questions, answers and tell you what you need and what you don't need. Not like Home Depot, you find yourself looking for someone and when you do find a person to help, it's a young person who has no idea what your talking about. Or for me, most of the time, that person would tell you, " I'm sorry, this is not my department, but I will get someone here for you. " That person i was waiting on, i had to go find.

Had a great experience shopping there. Fully stocked not crowded. They have a Kenmore Refrigerator I was looking at for $3000.

Always lie close since the time I started working with you god 35 years ago I'm in the construction business and this place has basically everything you don't need pretty much to build your own house fast seem somewhat knowledgeable prices are fairly reasonable and staff is very helpful definitely recommend it

Went looking for plants. Found some hard to find Pothos N'Joys for $3.98, and a few clearance plants. I'm happy.

This negative review is about the very poor enforcement of Covid-19 safety measures that I observed today at this store location. Neither customers nor employees are being kept safe by the behavior on display here today. I just saw at least fifteen adult customers walking around inside Lowe's without wearing masks *at all* - not even hanging uselessly under their noses/chins - NO masks AT ALL, despite the city-wide mask mandate. One of the people inside the store not wearing a mask was a POLICE OFFICER IN UNIFORM! I mentioned observing so many mask-less customers to the cashier, who said that she knew it was bad but they feel there's nothing they can do about it. (However at Ikea in the same shopping area just an hour before, the employees there were reminding people to put on their masks, and I saw only one person not wearing one. That person was quickly asked by an Ikea staff member to put on a mask and he did so. Then I saw that exact same man without a mask on again inside Lowe's a little while later, but none of the Lowe's employees that I saw nearby him asked him to put on a mask, so he did his shopping entirely without one. It seems like some reminders from the staff at Lowe's might have made a difference?) Several members of the Lowe's staff themselves were wearing their masks pulled down under their noses, which also renders the masks much less effective at keeping others safe. Come on people, this is not going to help us get through this pandemic. And I definitely won't be going back to Lowe's anytime soon.

According to the info on the Lowe's corporate website today regarding their response to Covid-19:
"Lowe’s will continue to abide by all state and local mask mandates. "
But they are not living up to their promises at this location.

I’m new to the area, just moved hear from VA. I’m doing a ton of work on my new home and needed a drill. The woman in tools Joe with colorful tats and a pleasing demeanor showed me a couple of different ones, before helping me settle on a craftsman model that will be perfect for all my needs. I fully recommend this store and their staff for all your home improvement needs stop by tool world you’ll get a good laugh and help finding exactly what you need.

I purchase a fence to be installed in May and have been making payments every month and a down payment. My contract states it would be installed by 7/28/21. The company that was contracted to do the work is Affordable Fencing. I have been getting to run around with them promising to get it done. A permit is needed and my township in Aldan is saying none had been requested. The Pro who was my sale prep.number is disconnected.
Lowe’s and Affordable Fencing is the worst.
They do not even rate a star!

I found a grease cleaner. I sprayed this stuff on my floor and walls where the stove was and the grease and grime came right off. Best $4.00 I ever spent.

The staff at this location is outstanding. There have been many instances where the team goes above and beyond to being nice and efficient. We came in one Thursday night, literally 40 minutes before close, and Rolf was able to quickly help us place an order for a washer and dryer with the best attitude.

Great store. I highly recommend. Friendly & helpful service and everything you need. They didn't support Donald Trump either.

Customer reps and the manager needs to be removed their position because they hung up on me 4 times today. And I was told a installer will call and it’s been 5 days. This location needs to close! Horrible representation of the company!

Best garden department across any Lowes I've ever visited. Amazing customer service by department supervisor Mikal. My friend and I are building a small garden but know NOTHING. Mikal was knowledgable and patient as he explained what our dirt options were, what plants would be best, etc. I have no doubt he will be running Lowes one day!

I am actually really disappointed in my visit to lowes today. My mother and I needed assistance with finding the correct light bulbs for her basement. We asked for assistance 3 times and each time someone told us that someone would be right with us after waiting over 30 minutes we asked customer service and manager would someone be with us and that he must be helping someone else so we left and went up the street to home depot and got assistance right away wasn't waiting over 5 minutes got the correct bulbs and was out the store within 20 minutes. Its never good to let money walk out the door.

Everyone that worked there was very nice…if we could get their attention. It was very hard to ask employees questions bc they seemed to be always talking to another employee.

Super frustrated about at this location, I ordered the stove and somehow the order got pushed back and no one’s call or at least notify me, kept waiting and waiting and at the end I had to called them so that how I know my order got pushed back. Being patient enough for the third time and call them again and the customer service at this location did not got trained how to be treated to the customers, that’s why I hadn’t received any apology from them yet.

Would strongly discourage anyone from major purchases from this particular store. The sales associates are aggressively unhelpful and the management simply doesn’t care. I tried to have a washer and dryer picked up on three different occasions, even taking off work to do so. The first two times they skipped us because of “overbooking” with XPO, their delivery contractor. The third time they told us they were coming between 2-6pm and arrived at 9: 15AM and of course, we weren’t home because we were expecting them later and the driver left a disconnected number as the call-back just for added flavor. This entire process has been a mess and the Sales Associates have gone above and beyond to ensure we know how little they care overall.

There is bad customer service and there is flagrant disrespect… my experience has been the latter.

Save yourself the guaranteed headache and shop anywhere else but this particular store.

Amirah in home decor is amazing! She is knowledgeable and most importantly helpful! It was greatly appreciated. The young ladies in the customer service department were very helpful as well.

The male worker in the Outdoor plant section could not answer my questions and brushed me off yet watched me as I shopped. Please have competent staff, people have questions about plant care.

This Lowe's location didn't have quite what I needed this time, and the staff wasn't as helpful as I would have liked them to be, but it was a generally a well stocked and organized store. Tip: if you're into plants, always be sure to walk through the garden center. They tend to have great sales on "clearance" plants - those that don't write look presentable will need a little extra care at home.

It’s my first time when to Lowe’s to shop something appliances two lady are ridiculous. They are not helpful no recommendations a appliance lady try to push me to other appliance lady and anything is asked she saids no no no, that makes mad.
