I was looking for a new saw and Tristan at the Monroeville location made my day so much better. He helped me sort out a better deal with bundling the charging kit/bag with the better of the two saws they had on the shelf. This is going to make my life so much easier now. Thanks again!

Tried to buy some open bags of concrete resurfacer that were clearly marked at $6.14 in their discount bags. Cashier had trouble ringing them up, then eventually said "would 18.xx be alright? " Um no. Refused to sell them at the marked price.

Just don't deal with this store. Take the time and drive to any other Lowe's or maybe go to Home Depot because they might actually care there.

Recently changed from Home Depot to Lowes we shall if they handle problems the same way. As Home Depot. Or an actual Manager will come by solve the problem or leave it to the hourly staff

Nobody is ever available when you call with an issue. I purchased a dryer and after they delivered and installed it, gas was leaking from it. I called the store to inform them of the issue and was actually told to call back in 20 minutes! I had natural gas leaking in my house and they tell me to call back. I finally called the delivery company and they sent someone out right away. The delivery & service teams are great, the store itself. I will be going to The Home Depot from now on.

We weren't able to find everything we were looking for, but all the staff we spoke with were friendly and willing to help. We went on a Saturday afternoon during Christmas season too, so the friendliness despite the business was especially appreciated!

Found everything I needed. However your handicap carts need to be fully charged. This is the second time they haven't.

Not sure who the lady who was “helping me” I bought a protection plan for a cobalt saw zaw, exchanged one already due to it breaking, next one broke again, went to exchange it and the worker argued with me that I’m suppose to call this 877 number. I said I never had to do that, the lady wrote the serial number down and I had my receipt with the protection plan (said nothing about calling any number) she gave me a packet with a number so I called, it said about adding your information but wasn’t required and they were closed at that time. At that point, I just paid for another saw zaw for it to break again within 6 months.manager told me to write a letter to lowes directly. Never will I buy a protection plan from
Them again. I’ll just keep returning the product before the receipt expires, bogus protection plans.

I was looking for a roof rake to remove snow. I went online and it said they had 55 in stock and exactly where it's located. After I looked there and it wasn't there, I tracked someone down and asked. He said he thought it was a floor display and they moved it outside into the lawn and garden center. I went and walked around for a few minutes. Went back in and the guy asked if I found it. I said no, and he said he just talked to his manager and she moved them to the other side of the store, in lumber. So why ask if I found them if you know they aren't out there? I walk over, and found the display. I left empty handed though, because these things were filthy. Like, I didn't want to put it in my car because of how dirty they were. The boxes were pretty mangled, and the product looked pretty rough. I just ordered the same item from Amazon. Should have done that in the first place.

Michelle in cabinets has been terrific to deal with. Super transparent and straightforward. Small hiccups that were rectified in a timely manner. Overall good experience.

A great place to shop, everything you need is there. The people who work there are very helpful even carry things to your car for you. I always find great flowers on sale

Non-existent customer service. The assistant manager, Matt, could not have been less helpful if he tried. Sincerely, this place doesn’t care one bit about customers. I’ve had multiple issues with this store in the past and today was the final straw. I’ll drive the extra 3 miles to Home Depot to spend my money instead. Poorly run store with employees who act like they want nothing to do with helping you. If I could give zero stars I would have.

Did not have an exchange for my broken Rachet Wrench. This is due to Craftsman products being just another product line carried by just another big box "home" center.

Paid in advance to get my garage door replaced in April. The work was done 4 1/2 months later. I do not recommend using Lowes. The subcontractors did a poor job. Still waiting for my $500 giftcard they promised me.

They tend to have poor inventory control. If you check on line, there is usually little relationship to what they say they have an what is actually available.

The good news: They have appliances in stock, which was nice when we were expecting to be waiting awhile for a replacement washer.

The bad news: Delivery is atrocious. I was “skipped” for delivery 3 days without any reason. Called store and they refer all questions to their outsourced delivery company. Call delivery company, they have no idea why and just reschedule you for the next day. Finally on the 3rd day and plenty of calls to the delivery company and Lowes local/corporate customer service, washer finally shows up and even though we paid for recycling of our old washer, set-up and new hoses… they now state that they have to charge me (again) for the haul away recycling, didn’t bring the new hoses and refused to set up as was described to us in store. Thankfully a washer is not difficult to set up and only took a few minutes. However, the process to get this delivered was exhausting enough. Major miscommunications internal to Lowe’s/delivery company somewhere along the process and no one willing to step up and provide ownership of helping us.

Very bad experience purchasing after we were extremely happy that they had washers in available in stock. Corporate Lowe’s customer service and store customer service was poor and not willing to help. After everything was finished, I had to (once again) call customer service all over again to get the hoses credited and make sure we do not get recharged for haul-away service.

Lowe’s has lost our business on appliances moving forward.
