Service was truly terrible

I thought they had my comforter at the store that I saw online but they do not have comforters in their stores. Only on line.

Always friendly and knowledgeable.always has what I need and for a decent price not to heavy on the pockets. I remember being a child going into lowes on the weekend and the vibes are still the same love the nostalgia.

I am a Lowe’s go to man. I am a general contractor and use the pro services when I can. I will pass a Home Depot to go to a Lowe’s. This Lowe’s is newer with a lot of space and products to choose from. They accept coupons on your phone if you have one. Customer service was good. Comparable prices.

Just the place for hardware, if they have what you need. Shelves and organizer trays are so disorganized and empty.

Went there today 5/7/2023 at 12: 20, stayed till 1 pm. I asked for help twice to have outside turf cut 8ft 12ft and waited 40 mins and nobody showed up. Horrible experience and customer service, I will never go back. Home depot actually helps when you ask.

The absolute worst customer service. I'd had employees ignore me (after talking directly to their face), give me wrong info, or flat out be completely useless. I've occasionally found a good employee and they just complain that no one else helps them there! I've even had a manager that was helping us with a problem walk away and never come back, and we waited 20 minutes until we gave up and left! Go to local hardwares store Mountain View and Kuzans instead if you can, I do.

My current experience with this store #2894 has been a nightmare without any resolution in site from no call backs from store mangers to associates playing ring around the phones, hang ups, to associates making pretend that they where ASMs.

Went to go get my $40/$50 can of paint tinted. It is about 4 years old, but I bought it at this Lowe’s.
When I asked if they could mix literally a drop of color, I was immediately told it was a no go, and their policy did not allow it.
The can I had was still one of the brands they sell at this location.
They didn’t show me a policy where it said older paint cans can’t be tinted. I have had some other cans that I recently purchased tinted within the last year.
The manager presumed to tell me “my paint wouldn’t work even if it was tinted because it was too old”, and acted like it was an issue I even asked.
I tried the paint before I went to Lowe’s, and it was in amazing condition so I don’t know why it was such a big deal to her.

Honestly service depends on the day, but I find the service here is considerably good and knowledgeable.

One issue is there are times there's but enough staff and you have a to wait a while. It's one place this could use improvement, but still a great store so far.

Basic lowes.had what I wanted but I will add the lowes website is ridiculous to use if looking for something in store

The reason I give this place a 5 star is due to the awesome efforts of the lady at the return counter she went way above and beyond to help me that wam needs a raise for sure.so if you are looking for a great customer experience look no further that Erika.hopefully I spelled that correctly.but not only was she awesome she is also a veteran. Lowe's needs more employees like her

Just bought a washer and they delivered it the next day. Everyone employed at Lowes worked with us. Delivery guys were great and very helpful.

Went to get a CO alarm. No staff on the floor to ask where. Finally found an employee and she gave me wrong directions. After wandering some more I found someone who knew. What should have taken a few minutes took close to a half hour.
