I'm very disappointed with how this Lowe's has gone down hill since I worked there 10 or so years ago. You have all the sales associates standing around talking. You can't find anyone to wait on you. I even saw a sales associate and they turned and walked away quickly. It was so obvious I had to laugh out loud. When I was working there you had to engage the customer not run away from them. I only shop there when I absolutely have too.

It's like Walmart but for building stuff.been in the trades over 25 years and box stores have ruined quality control an customer service, period.

I love this place! There is always an employee that comes to help you with your purchases. The place is well lit, and not crowded with merchandise.

Amazing experience! Arionna W was an excellent help to me and my family! My son started crying and she held him and kissed him on the forehead which immediately soothed him! I was also having complications making a bowel movement in the bathroom and she personally came in the bathroom and held my hand the entire time i was pushing! Very supportive I must say! Keep up the hard work Arionna W in gardening!

Didn't have what I needed as always, on back order, lack of stock etc. Very disappointing

Had gotten a refrigerator delivered from them. They delivery men damaged my house and they company did nothing. Didn't even drop the price on the refrigerator to offset our damages.

Received a lot of good help at check out when nothing I was buying had any bar codes. Help came quickly so there was little extras wait time. Nice work Lowe's employees.

Bought some baseboard, and 1x6 for 2 cased openings, he brought out the 1x6, all warped and twisted, he took them back in and brought out 5 nice flat straight ones, great customer service

Mostly I had good experience with them.

Erie lowes sucks, bad service, workers not knowing what they are doing. Plus they make it extremely hard for a veteran to get a 10 percent discount. Go to home depot.

Got an excellent deal on a clothes washer! Many staff were there to help me. The most skilled manager was Dan Corcoran. He's been there a long long time and still has amazing patience for his shoppers!

No reliable service. Paid for an assessment on a storm door. 2 weeks later no phone call. Went to the store and spoke with Sam. Sam called their corporate installation office and said I would get a call by the end of the week (that day being Tuesday). Friday no call. Gave them the Monday to catch up, no call. Called again today (3 weeks now) and no one answered the phone. Called corporate myself, Adrian (called himself George when I asked for his name again, common CSR tactic to not get in trouble) said there was only one installer in this area for it and nothing they said could be done but to refund me and I could get in touch with the installer directly. What is the point of their terrible pathetic installation service if I have to pay them only to contact the installer myself. If you need something, sure shop here but don't expect anyone to assist. Not just installation but anything else. Go to a TruValue Hardware for help, not Lowes.

Bought 4x8 sheets of ¾" insul board. Good price, had plenty in stocks. Staff was great and very helpful. Love the separate parking for the PROS, very convenient

Here is a Lowe’s customer service desk without the service! When I go to this store they always remind me why I should be shopping at Home Depot.
