I’ve never had a good experience at this Lowe’s. I bought my first house in November. I started out optimistic, hopeful and excited and now I dread going there. They bullied me into a credit card and while I was in the middle of the application I got an important work call that I had to take so I asked for a moment and after a quick two minutes, I returned, thanked the associate for waiting and he said that he had completed the application. He had entered my information from my drivers license and without waiting for my verification had accepted all terms and conditions for me and put through the application without my consent. Furthermore, he had used my middle name as my last name. It got approved and I was upset but let it go but when I saw my name on the final temporary card I said “that’s not my name. ” He just shrugged and said “I guess you can change it when you get the card. ” No apology. No qualms. Just basically saying “it’s your problem now. ” Since then, I’ve had nightmare after nightmare with this place. Unable to find service, pushy employees following me around the store, cashiers (the girl said she was head cashier) not knowing how to run the store credit card because it “has less numbers than a regular credit card, ” refunds being done wrong, refusal to return a house gift I had gotten for store credit. (They told me that the person who bought me the gift had to come in with me to return it even with a gift receipt) I’ve tried to stop going to this store altogether because the employees aren’t knowledgeable and don’t offer much help. I got the credit card because I knew that I would be making a lot of home related purchases since I bought a fixer upper type house but I’ve simply started going out of my way to other Lowe’s or ordering online because this place is rotten. Side note, to change a name on their credit card I had to get a notarized form saying that my name is my real name so I just added myself as an authorized user on my own account because I needed the card name to match my ID. Also, what previous reviews have said about the male employees being rude to women who don’t have men with them? Yeah. Definitely true. So upset with this place.

Knowledgeable workers who are ready to help n asst with any needs and the cashiers are amazing and offered assistance as well definitely will be returning to this lowes

I was in the Lowe’s on 2/9/21 and Danielle w, was so helpful and so nice, you don’t get that service all the time from cashiers, I hope to get her every time I come in, compassion toward your customers are always a plus and Danielle is one put her pic in wall for best customer service

Rude customer service employees. No one smiles. And girl in garden dept was putting flowers on top of each other at checkout, subsequently breaking many of the stems. I stopped her and filled the cart myself. I won't be returning.

I've had ups and downs with Lowe's, but here lately they have been all ups. I enjoy the option of going to Lowe's or home depot.

After years of accepting returns without a receipt and accepting returns without a receipt of the white woman in front of me, lowes refused to accept my return when all I wanted was to exchange it for the right part.
I left all the merchandise I was planning on purchasing on the customer service counter and went to Home Depot.

It is better than Home Depot.
It gets that fourth star for being better than Home Depot.
Because they have the same corporate product model, they both lack simple things like hammer handles. Break your hammer's handle? Need a new handle? Not here, bubba. They want you to buy a whole new hammer.
Stupid and wasteful.
But, better than Home Depot.

I love the store but I'm used to help when I go to Lowes. Customer Service counter is seriously lacking.

This is a good place for minor home repairs but nothing hard core. They have great home decor sections and garden.

Im so happy lowes is in my area now! My husband just drives up and gets what he needs.
We had a double door installed
Last year and the man.i cant recall his name was so very pleasant and patience as our house is old and he really had to work harder at times.i think his name was tom.he was awsome!

Great place for the homeowner it's more homeowner friendly. And the employees really know what they're talking about

Convenient because it's only a few miles away from me. Last year I ordered a washer had some problems with delivery. This year I ordered a refrigerator let's see how it turns out with the delivery people. But I must say Abu was very helpful in figuring out what refrigerator would fit my kitchen. Thanks Abu!

Great help and service, although it was the middle of the week and at 1: 00 PM, I would expect the weekend are a little more busy but clean store and good associates.

Great to have a hardware store in the neighborhood only downside is it's a smaller store so they don't always have the selection or the amount of stock for each item but they can always order it for you and have it delivered to your home free.

Its a convenient location, but the staff isn't great. I tried to get help with paint. The employees had me wait while they were talking to each other, i left and went the extra distance to Home Depot.

Staff very helpful and informative. I had little disagreement with the caucasian male. I went in there during the Nor'wester looking for a generator. I stop the young man and asked him which aisle was the generator located. The young man, said we don't sell generators. Thinking I said this to myself, out of frustration I said out-loud, "what kind of home improvement center is this that don't sell generators. Sorry, Lowe's I was frustrated.

Hardware stores on my playground there's nothing bad to say about this place here Christmas time you can catch some great sales
