Lowe's Home Improvement reviews
22 I personally like Lowes over other similar stores. Just my preference. Regardless of where you shop, if your at the Lowes in Edwardsville, they go out of their way to help younif you need it. The prices are comparable to the other stores. Sometimes they're better sometimes they're not. But I have had more good experiences here than bad ones and pay good prices for what I'm looking for. Most of the time, unless it's a special item, what I need is in stock. Which is great.
Hope this helps with your decision.
Have a great day!
Used to be a great store. Mismanaged and total lack of help. I took a $100,000 business to their competitor.
A great place to find anything you need. Electric, plumbing, house keeping you name it. The service is great and they will help you with anything you need.
Purchase a range. The associated that helped me with my purchase was helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was on time. Satisfied with my experience.
Shelves are empty I went for a few things they had none. No basic plumbing supplies. Whoever is in charge of ordering is not doing there job very well
The staff of Lowe's are very friendly and helpful if you require help In what you are looking for
Hard to get customer service when needed. Seems to be short staffed. Always treated like a thief when returning an item without receipt. Shop here often for our business.
If you are looking to get appliances delivered.they'll schedule a pick up. If you call and tell them you paid for and have a scheduled delivery date.they'll tell you your appliances are ready to pick up. If you tell them you scheduled delivery for the three large kitchen appliances you ordered because they wouldn't fit in your standard sized car.they'll tell you it says pick up in their system.
Store associates Donna and Chuck helped me find exactly what I was looking very. Very friendly and took the time to help me!
Very very very bad idiot work on receiving department. He didn’t want to receive a nursery after our, though the brokers told me that I must do straight delivery until 10pm. I got a tree and flower plants in the trailer. He didn’t understand that the plants need oxygen like the people do. I must wait for tomorrow.
Prices are great! We do all of our own yard work and the green house knows us well so they are always reminding us of coupons or pulling them up for us or grabbing them at the register. I have been purchased simple mothers day hanging baskets from 2 2 yes ago. They are still going!
Never trust that what you want is actually in stock just because the website said tgey have them. EVER!
Found everything we wanted. Have bought wood, nails, locks, sales sign, ligh bulbs, paint stuff, paint, & carpet. The staff helps when found.
Typical big name home center. Prices could be better. And they could open up a couple more checkouts.
Don't bother trying to call on the phone, unless you have all day. Selection is ok, compared to other lowes or home depot. Most staff are knowledgable.
Slow going almost no one working early morning uneducated staff members some are good some have no idea
Husband is a home improvement type person so am I. Love checking out new handy items. People do help you here, on floor as well as the counter.
So glad Lowe's is nearby! Went for the large, paper lawn bags, best price I've found. Here's a hint, if you fold the bag about 2" down from the top, and make a cuff toward the outside of the bag, the bag will stay open and be much easier to fill.
Sometimes they have what you need, sometimes they don't. You can order on line and have it shipped to the store.
