Lowe's Home Improvement, Lebanon PA

I find Rob has a variety of items ranging in quality but ever so peculiar why he expanded from his career in acting into the Home Improvement market!? Have you Ever noticed that often this franchise is closely located in proximity of a Wal-Mart?

We had great CSA who knew what they were talking about. Lori is #1 in knowledge about cabinets and countertops. Not only product knowledge, but also installation and valuable suggestions. Tom was also a great help, too!

Everything is fairly easy to find and if the need arises I just use the Lowe's app and it shows you where everything is located. It saves time from having to track employees down that would probably LG just have to look the item up themselves.

The lady that assisted my husband & son today was amazing! She answered all my 6yr old's questions about how paint mixing works and let him watch the whole time! Thank you for providing such wonderful service!

Affordable and all that but they rarely have what I'm looking for and the customer service is at the floor.

Just like Walmart this place sorta sucks. The staff doesn't seem to know about anything. I texted a friend about the location of an item and he was more helpful.

I've had two visits where the staff members I interacted with were somewhat rude, but generally they are polite. I use the app now to find out where everything I need is, and it's mostly accurate. They have almost everything I need, and their prices are good.

Their people are losing the "how can we help you" attitude. Most of the time if I have a question they make me feel like I'm interrupting what they're doing. It's disappointing knowing how they used to be

We like going to Lowe's for items but any time we need help with getting an item we can never find an associate to assist us. Once we tracked someone down she was helpful and we left with what we needed.

The staff at Lebanon store are fantastic. Website needs a lot of work. Store isle markings are so so at best. Lowes use to have much better lumber. Bought 2 x 4 lumber and it takes a long time sorting to find a straight piece.

Great place to shop. I recommend it way more than home Depot. Staff is friendly but the floors and isle we're very messy.

My favorite place for home improvement. Large selection, good prices, and all plants are guaranteed.

One of my ultimate favorite stores! Great staff in the lawn and garden area there to help me each spring and summer with all my planting! I enjoy shopping the when I am left alone to pick what I needed for my other projects too!

Go to Home Depot. You'll never get asked if you need help at Lowe's. And if you press the call button for help good luck with that. On separate occasions I've been told rudely like I'm a burden "I don't know I'm not a plumber, or not an electrician".

Today I came into the Lebanon Lowe's not sure how to execute a project I had in my head. Hands down I've had the best customer service here than any other home improvement store. A guy named Todd (that has a Great Dane) helped me pick out all the parts to make a hermit crab habitat for my daughter. He took the time to chat with my 3 year old about all our critters and it made her day. Thank you for not only helping us with our project but also for being personable!

When you're in the back of the store I'm trying to find somebody to help you you can never find them they're always in the front of the store talking to each other. Only reason I go there is because I live close but I prefer Lowe's much better.
