11They have what you need for home improvement but prices are a bit steep and customer service at the register sucks.
I love lowes.but some employees need a little more education on the products and where to find them. Otherwise.they do try to help you. Cashiers are great!
I hate this Lowes. It's convenient because it's right near my house, but I'd rather drive to Exeter than deal with the incompetence in this store.
The crew at the pro's desk really work to help you out and they are a nice place to get suply's from
Staff friendly and helpful. Front end called for someone to help load my truck. They never came out. Stood there for 10 minutes waiting. Two nice strangers helped instead.
The employees are friendly and very helpful have great product knowledge and bend over backwards to get u what u need checking out is a different story don't go down to lumber it is extremely slow getting out
Very pleasant. The employees who worked on 5/31/19 were very eager to help. The young man in building materials knew exactly where what we were looking for was and pointed us in the right direction. The guy in paints was quick to ask if we needed help. The young lady at the check out was very nice.
Everyone is always helpful anytime I have questions and most go out of their way to make sure that people are finding everything they need and if they have questions about products or projects.
Shop any Lowe’s but this one. They have a bunch of employees milling around, but you absolutely cannot find anyone to assist. And when you do get finally someone, they’re completely miserable. They lost a 3000$ sale just on me, so imagine what they lose in sales in addition to the money they’re wasting in wages on employees that do nothing all day.
They have everything and everything here and the sales associates are helpful but are hard to find when you need them
