I can never get enough of lowes. If you ever have an idea about home renovation or anything of the sort, this is your place.

Kudos to George at Lowes in appliances for going over and above today. His time was much appreciated and his customer service skills are commendable!

Reasonable prices, however employees are not very helpful. Most don't know where products are located.

They need more personal so you can get help it may take longer special if you don't know where you can find some stuff

Very bad place to shop at wish we had somewhere else to go nobody knows what they're doing in that store he asked for the store managing can never find them

I ordered online waited 1 1/2 hrs to go pick up at store, only to find garden center with 5 employees laughing and talking doing nothing and my order hadn't even been pulled yet. I waited another 45 minutes as they put my order together of pavers and sand bags.

Super great deals daily. Great staff always on hand to meet your everyday needs and great location right in the middle of town

If u have a project lowe's has always something I need.i like how u can negotiate a price with them.i do think their plants are high in price but convient.anytime u have a project.lowes has the.product.check with home depot too.but home depot is in Wilkes barre.i have found lighting there.very reasonable.

They never have people working in the departments. They never have people on registers. If you like walking around like a zombie looking for help or like standing in a huge line this is youe place. Lazy and incompetent employees

We were looking for several different items to compare prices for a few upcoming home projects. We purchased one item for a project. Lowes has such a vast array of items & employees who are you usually knowledgeable & helpful. I LOVE shopping @ Lowes!

I can always find what I need and if not it's almost always guaranteed a worker will be able to help me. I always find what I am looking for!

So you spend a few hundred dollars there every time you go. Then you buy a car key elsewhere knowing Lowe's won't have the key. Take said blank to Lowe's to get it copied and it's against their policy because you didn't buy it there. So they will NOT copy it even though you are willing to pay for the service. So stupid. It's cool Lowe's I will spend my money somewhere else.

Never ever has what were looking for when we are finishing our basement. All the products are out of order and in different areas. Many of the items they do have are damaged or a cheap brand of what we really need. Any more we take the ride up to Home Depot in Wilkes Barre. I don't give many places low review but this is one of them. Hopefully it will get better.

As a do-it-yourself person, Lowe's is a great place to purchase all your project needs from start to finish. Demo, construction, and clean up supplies are all under one roof. However, be certain to compare prices with Home Depot or another similar stores to be sure you're getting the best price on project supplies.

Everything to build with but the floor personal are hard to find for help at times.hence the 4 stars

Very helpful, and so was the cashier' friendly and helpful, she offered to watch my merchandise while I went to get my car.

I like to go to lowes. They have so many beautiful things, and you can get ideas. You can even get someone to get you a budget for a remodelation on you house and is totally free and with no compromise of having to do the business with them.

Lowe's, as everyone knows, has everything you could possible need in a home improvement or building store. EXCEPT, never any workers or knowledgeable ppl on the floor to assist you. Prices fair, plenty of parking.need more floaters to assist customers.

This Lowe's is nicely kept. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff on hand if you just need help finding something, or if you need help figuring out different techniques for a project you want to tackle. If you aren't handy with do it yourself projects, they also have service people for hire for a bunch of projects. I fortunately, don't need them, since my husband is a carpenter. (Which he buys most of the things he needs here.)
