Delivery rescheduled 4x without notice. Upper Moreland gives 8a-8p timeframe and is still unable to fulfill the delivery. Terrible service. Delivery department at Upper Moreland location does not answer phone. Warn you to go another Lowe’s. Don’t be fooled by greeters and cart pushers. When you buy, this Lowe’s won’t deliver literally. Better off at any other Lowe’s!

I had a nice experience with the staff at this location loading up product today my truck. Then proceeded to go in and shop around for some items looking for reciprocating.saw ran into Joe I guess he knew nothing, Was rude and just downright miserable. I went back to him to let him know I found a price at the Home Depot $30 less and his response was no wayCan't do itSo I went to customer service spoke to aaron the manager showed him the price difference he immediately credit me the difference end of story Joe you're fired

Worst service I ever experienced. Waited 25 minutes for anyone to show up in paint. Requested help 3 times. Got three different excuses.

Not some place I will go to again. Could not find anyone to help when I did fine someone that employee was not very nice. Left with out buying anything went to another store.

It was a good showing event. My bestie and I were looking at doors of which the store had lots to look at and buy.

Marshall's prices are a little higher than Home Depo but they have better quality products and employees seem to have more knowledge of products with out the attitude.

I had an outstanding experience with Kristin and Laura from Customer Service. They went above and beyond to help me with a return of tiles which were left over from a kitchen renovation project. These ladies restored my faith in Lowe's! I was very disillusioned with Lowe's after the kitchen team dropped the ball 3 weeks into the project. Thanks again, Kristin and Laura for making things right and restoring my faith in Lowe's.

Very nice and Professional. The product they sell is to quality not like the cheap things in Home depot

I think this is the better of the big box stores. The stores are much brighter than Home Depot and carry the same inventory.

Good place to pick up some things for the home. Lines aren't too bad, and the workers are usually helpful.

We always come here for great deals on holiday decor, building supplies, and pretty much everything else. Lowes has many things that not many other hardware stores provide. Definitely stop by if you get the chance!

It's a well stocked hardware and more store. Lots of selection in the department's to fit various budgets. Be mindful to stick to one's shopping list as you will fall victim to the "Oh this is cute, I could put it here" scenario. It gets me all the time. Happy shopping

I'll go 3 stars on this visit. The one man I asked a question did not work in plumbing but did direct me to where the item might be and where to get more help if it wasn't. He could have led me to the spot and made sure I found it but, he was still somewhat considerate. The cashier was friendly enough. Greeted upon arrival and pleasant thank you and goodbye.

If you are a driver for NFI or any other company that goes here my only suggestion is DON'T GO here hungry thirsty or having to use the bathroom bc the dont let you.

Worst Lowe’s in the area went to get a set of blinds cut to size, no one was there at the department and no one could find an employee who who could cut them for me. Waited 45 minutes with no help after asking several employees including customer service eventually left with out getting the blinds. They lost out on 100+ dollars my time is worth way more to me then that.

Usually have what I want. For whatever the reason I seem to find myself there 4 out of 7 days a week.

Tried to order a vinyl sheet flooring to be installed. After 1 month, still waiting for the quote. Installer came out to measure 1 month ago, said the flooring manager at the store would call me with pricing in 2 days. After 6 formal complaints, I still have not received my quote, extremely poor customer service from the store level up to Administration. Lesson learned, stay away from Lowes, they don't care about the customer. Heading over to Home Depot now.

This is a man's dream store.my girlfriend loves shopping for clothes and shopping at places like HomeGoods.this is my equivalent to HomeGoods. I can spend 2 hours looking at tools and other random stuff, and not get bored. Love Lowes.

Help was a new guy so I'm not blaming him completely but don't pretend to know what i'm talking about luckily a more trained person walked by and helped us both out
