Always helpful employees, accurate inventory & locations online making trips quick - which is good because store pickups tend to take much longer than other stores

Everything you need for your home, in stock. Extensive lawn and garden section. A gigantic box store, fun to browse! Very limited help.

One of the better and cleaner Lowe's stores in the area. Ample parking and there are some good places to eat nearby.

Last time at the Lancaster Lowe's, I got scolded at the cashier line for calling the UPC scanner a gun.

It's Lowes. The store is what it is and what you'd expect, prices compete with home Depot.

It us upkept well and stocked well at this location.

I had hoped some questions may have been answered on certain products but found staff spread out a bit - though it was late in the evening so it is understandable

The store is clean and neat. The employees are friendly. There is an older gentleman who works there that directed me to the thermostat isle, he was gorgeous!

Not enough people to help when you need assistance. I had to walk around looking for help looking for someone to help me

I enjoy shopping at this Lowe's store. Plenty of parking and never really super crowded. They do get busy at times, but there is always available assistance or open cashier. I haven't run into any grumpy associates yet, so my visits have always been pleasant. A nice place to shop for hardware.

Employees are very helpful, and are always ready to answer questions, place is very organized and in stock.

Completely ruined our basement project. Had to fire contractors and go to arbitration. NEVER will go to a Lowe's store again.

Never receive help at all and poor response time if any time when you press the help buttons. Very disappointed.

Thank you Lowe's for making things right when a product malfunctioned. Your customer service was incredible given the fact that we were upset. Your staff went above and beyond to take care of the problem in less than a week as the product had to be repaired by the manufacturer. Again, thank you for going above and beyond!

I went in to buy a fridge and there was only one salesperson. A man monopolized her time for 20 minutes. They could have sold 6 or 7 appliances if they had more help. I have shopped there before and had great service, but not this time.

Mostly friendly & competent employees. Decent prices. Some cashiers a little careless & employee staffing tends to be low.

Usually find what I need. Reasonable selection and prices. Today I came out without insulation I hoped to find for around window A/C. Great patio furniture. Butterfly bushes I bought there died. Hope they will replace. Will mark up to four stars if they do.

This Lowe's is the bigger of the two for Lancaster. Though there were not as many sales associate around when you were looking for things in the garden department. The checkout clerk was fast and efficient. Overall good store

Have used them for all major home renovations I've done to my house generally I can find knowledgeable staff.

Always fine what I am after. If not the exact product, then its equal or in some cases an even better product.
If you have a question there is someone who knows the answer, or can find the answer. No guess work.

You get what you pay for. I think that there installers where taught by inside sales staff.
Time will show work for what it is, I have seen so many problems just a few years after install.
