Lowe's Home Improvement, Langhorne PA

I rarely will give a bad review. Hopefully someone from Lowes does the right thing, sees this, and fixes the Problem. I have dealt with this Stores GM, Dave Small, with no real response or help. Just the same, "I have forwarded your issue someone will get back to you but I have no idea when or how".
A lowes corporate rep, named Hanna, reached out after 3 months of no answers and laughed at me telling me I needed to be patient and it just came across her desk. 3 months after my install.she was just insulting and down right rude.
After spending a substantial amount on installing Vinyl Plank and Carpet in our new home we could not be more disappointed.
The carpet is ok, you pay top dollar for less then top tier materials. What you see in the store is not what gets installed. The Plank came out of the box Broken, was installed broken, wrong color quarter round as well.
Lowes doesn't tell you that they subcontract the work, to a company that subcontracts the work, to yet another company that subcontracts the work. That way when there are problems they expect you, the customer to track down all those people and call them to come look at the problem. As if they wash their hands of it and just count the money.
I was dumb enough to buy multiple appliances and floors here. Don't be dumb like me. Go to another store. I thought, hey if I spend the extra money at Lowes I will at least have excellent customer service if there are problems. Boy was I an idiot. I would have paid less to have the guys they subcontracted to do my floors, and wouldn't have had the problems. The material was more of the issue with the floors, they fact the sub installed it broken is a prime example of guys just doing a job for a check.

The appliances were a whole other nightmare I don't have space to type. The delivery guy started screaming at me infront of my house because I wouldn't let him take my old washer and dryer to the scrap yard. He went ballistic. I had to start filming him to get him to stop. He had the other guy pack up my stuff and told me that if he couldn't take the old washer and dryer then another driver was delivering the appliances and it wasn't worth his time. It was absolutely crazy. Even crazier that when I reported this, they apologized, sent another truck the next weekend and as they arrived at my house I told him as well that we were not letting him take the washer and dryer. The second truck then said, ohh it's not worth it if we can't take that, and then literally left. They didn't even unload. The manager of the company lowes subcontracts for deliveries also subcontracts someone, who also subcontracts someone. Promising them they can scrap they old stuff to make extra money on the job. The Manager had to be at at my house to make sure they delivered and installed the appliances. It was disgraceful.

Spend your money somewhere else. It will go wrong, they won't make it right. The other reviews all tell you the same.

Was disappointed as they were not carrying the product that other store locations carry, and it was impossible to find an associate to see when or if they will be restocked. The store was clean, but overcrowded.

Very slow paced store, flooring is ridiculous not a single item can be located effectively, don't expect a quick order. Previous management was amazing, unfortunately they let some go and it's been downhill since.

I Love shopping at Lowe’s. It is one of my favorite big brand stores.
Today’s shopping experience was marred by the lack of supervision at the check out.
There are three self checkout lanes staffed by one cashier.
There are six cash/full serve lanes staffed by one cashier. It was a 25 minute wait in line.
As numerous staff were wearing the red vests, no one came to help. As I waited, I called to speak with the manager and was put on hold. The manager should have cross trained people available to check out. The sign of a good leader is that everything runs well when they are not directly overseeing their operations.

Ordered a shower stall door. Received an email on 3/17/2021 that the product was at this location. I went to the store with my contractor and waited for an hour before they told me the product could not be located. First they lied and told me the product was brought up front, no, it wasn't. Then when I asked what they were going to do for me due a waste of an hour, with my contractor they told me there was nothing they could do. Then when I was getting ready to leave I was told it would be tomorrow 3/19/2021 before they would get back to me.waiting to hear from the store from the manager after they disconnected my husband 4 times. Done with their crapI spent over an hour with corporate this morning and thanks to Jessica, Cesar and Mario the doors were located and will be delivered on Sunday. No thanks to the store but a call to corporate office rectified the situation

While it may be a bit nicer selection than some of its competitors, their installation services for flooring is borderline incompetent. Had multiple issues when replacing flooring in multiple rooms and they handled it very poorly.

Good location and easy access from major roads in the area. Traffic is seldom a problem. Store employees are helpful and knowledgeable

Nice store. A big selection of material for and around the house. But the prices are high. Even the major clearance items (generators, snowbloers, ect.) Were expensive.

Very good experience, there was a very helpful employee named alison that was knowledgeable on a lot of products I was buying

They need to improve their craftsman tool line. Not many tools and scattered all over the store. No single wrenches or sockets.

Knowledgeable stuff, well organized, great prices. Excellent paint policy. No one is left unsatisfy from the paint department

My wife and I ordered a new washer and dryer at this Lowe’s. We are waiting on a refund now and will never shop here again. Worst customer service I’ve ever received from both Lowe’s and the delivery company they use. I can’t even get a hold of the store on the phone. I’ve been on the phone for 14 minutes now and still haven’t spoken to a human being. No one answers the phone. They just ring for a while and go back to the automated prompt at the beginning.

Store was jammed, but the staff responded very well. Stefani at customer service was awesome
She helped us open a Lowes' credit card and then purchase a snow blower. Another employee. Adam, hooked me up with a great league blower that was on sale
Plus if you open a Lowes' credit card you get 5% off your purchases even sale items. Heading back there this week for XMAS decorations.

This was the worst customer service! Asked for assistance in the bath isles and was told to look at the end of the isle. This purchase would have been a custom order and we couldn't get any help.

Interesting went to get peg board hooks, looked on the website told me they were in where dishwashers are. Asked 3 employees, got the "cross eyed hmmm look" finally asked one to look it up on their computer and then we found them.

A little confusing. Tried to order a clothes dryer at this store and was told I was outside their delivery area. Went home ordered it online and was told that it would be delivered from this store. Duh?

Whenever I have a question the staff here is always so helpful. From everything paint related to building an addition. Gotta love Lowe's, much better pricing then Home Depot in my opinion

Was trying to find the hard ware for a bunk bed and the girl in the hardware section spent almost 45 mins trying to help me find the proper bolts we found all the pieces but 1, she was the most helpful person I've ever met. I will return here solely because of my experience with this employee.

Nobody seems to want to show us the things we want to see they just tell you where it is I found them myself.

They are great with their service, very friendly, and told me which isle I would find what I was looking for, and I found the stuff I needed, was in and out in under 15 minutes cause I needed to be somewhere ASAP. They really pleased me and I will go there again if I need more things for the house projects, and the prices were very low for what I needed.
