I love lulu beauty salon their clean, nice people very respectful and for the most their reasonable I’ve been going there for about 12 years!

I went to get a wash and set and trim. I just washed my hair because I dyed it but there was still product in my hair. They assured me not to wash it again but now it doesn't flow or rest flat like I want. I said little curly like body waves but she made all these small Shirley temple little girl curls. My purpose was to get my hair super sleek and I really needed the rollers to set the tone of the blow out. I kept mentioning to blow it but she did a little bit not like how the other Dominican salons do. So I paid $50 basically for her to trim it and now I'm still with thick poofy hair vs sleek and flowing.
I should have insisted she wash and roller my hair I don't know what I was thinking.
