Horrible Customer Service. This store is extremely crowded & small you feel like you’re walking into a box. The employees are scattered all around, you truly can’t tell between customers or employees. They have one employee in the dressing room named Talia, absolutely amazing. They have her running like a chicken with her head cut off to assist every single person while the others simply stand in place around with their hands folded. The customer service at the register. Horrible. They look at you with a straight face, never say hello, how are you, did you find everything, nothing just “what’s your email” ring you up, bye! The manager Nick. Horrible. He has the least amount of customer service & picks and chooses who he wants to service which explains the employees attitudes and lack of training. I hope this store does representing Lululemon and following the brand values. This store is very discriminating & has an extreme lack of customer service. I will never come back.

Great store location convenient to my work. Molly helped me recently with sneaker sizing and online ordering. (They arrived promptly and I am in love with them — thanks Molly!) Very patient with all of my questions. Staff is friendly and upbeat. Selection is good. Checkout is fast. Store is clean and organized. Good work lulu Ardmore!
