7One great thing about martial arts is it gives you life lessons you can apply in real life at such a young age making you that cool nice aunt or uncle Another great thing about martial arts is the mindset and physical attributes being at the beginning of class we do a pre-workout you could call and with you and your partner as well; as instructors cheering you on as you push through and get those muscles, mindset and as well, as applying workouts to your daily routine lund martial arts is like no other and one I would greatly recommend.
A great way to get my kiddos out of the house and moving The teachers are so very patient and take their time with each student. My boys love going and has been a very positive experience.
My grandson loves martial arts in Girard Mr Lee has so much patience with the children it has made him not feel so alone being the only child at home he has learned so much n enjoys going he even has become better in school I would recommend it for any child
My daughter began lessons in the spring and enjoys learning karate. Mr. Lee, Mr. Wolf and Ms Nichols are great with the kids.highly recommend!
My son began lessons last fall and has grown so much over the last few months. Mr. Lee is so patient and the student helpers are so good at explaining things in a way that is relatable for children. The lessons are not cheap but the value of what my child has gotten from them far surpasses what we’ve paid. Each lesson teaches them a skill that carries outside of the classroom and can be applied to their life, helping them to be a better student, child, and citizen. Overall I could never recommend Lund’s enough!

Mr. Patrick Lee, Mr. Wolf, Ms. Nichols and all the instructors in general are amazing with the kids. They take their time instructing, encourage growth, and correct when needed. They are patient, kind, and able to adjust to each child's needs. Highly recommend!
