Terrible customer service. Dirty facility. Lie to customers about waiting time. Not sure how they passed a health or safety code. Would not recommend. If I could give negative stars I would.

So sad to be moving away because my nails aren’t going to live up to what they are when Ven works his magic

Don’t go here if you don’t want to be yelled at by the person who’s doing your nails. He had an attitude and he rushed the whole thing didn’t even let me wash my hands. He kept asking me if i liked my nails and i kept saying yes every time because i did i was just simply looking at them. When they were finished he asks me a final time if i like them and i say yes and he says “oh well i couldn’t tell you kept looking at them so if you don’t like them that’s not my problem. ” TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Walked in and was greeted by a rude male at the front. His rudeness was disgusting. He asked how he could help me and I replied with the service I wanted. He then told me he doesn’t take walk ins in a very condescending way. I’ll take my patronage else where.

This visit was much pleasurable than initial visit. I really enjoyed the whole shop, awesome atmosphere great conversation with Holly and my nails and feet are astonishing.

I sat for almost 2 hours while it being packed. They were having other customers that just arrived behind me, go head of me. Once I thought I was going to get started, the owner basically told me move and wait another 15 minutes.this was first time I was ever going get my nails done. Experience ruined.

My friend showed Tony a picture of dark nails and he gave her bright nails and the whole nail wasnt even painted. When she said she did not like them, he raised his voice and said "speak up and dont waste my time" while the place was packed and everyone stared. At that point, my friend was overly uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. Now we are going to buy nail polish to re-do her nails without getting yelled at. I have never met someone so rude and inconsiderate at a nail salon. He was in such a rush.

It is dirty. Needs a good cleaning.
They only do gel manicures. They do basic pedicures.
Generally unpleasant people working there.

I’ve been getting my nails done for 4 years now and I’ve tried many salons out… it would take forever for me to explain what happened but trust me just don’t go here! Staff are so rude here not worth your time! The reviews and pictures look nice but your experience will be ruined by their rude staff.

While they’re pretty unprofessional and mildly rude to some people; these are the best nails I’ve ever gotten done. I had a small Asian lady who had two kids there, she did them beautifully and was very kind to me! The owner was cussing etc.but honestly.it was kind of humorous. He treated everyone pretty respectfully except a few people who walked in and two on the phone, but I think he was overwhelmed. Over all, I really enjoyed being here. Quick and beautiful nails, I will be back!

I drive an hour to get my nails done at this place! YES IT'S THAT GOOD! The designs are AMAZING! The prices are beyond affordable.

Not very clean, not very friendly, unorganized, way too long of a waiting period (I walk out after waiting over an hour when I was told it would be about 40 min.) My time is just as important as theirs.

Out of all the nail salons I went to the quality of nail work is the best. The nails last longer and the workers truelly take their time to make sure it's right the prices are good. However the customer service could be better. I've made appointments before and showed up on time and still had to wait an hour to be seen. Their should really be a by appointments only and walk ins when clients don't show up because this place is very busy and it's unfair to make people wait for appointments they scheadled in advance just because someone walks in 10 minutes before someone else scheadled appointment. If it's to overwhelming the person answering the phone shouldn't book the appointment. Sometimes they let you book appointments sometimes they don't I thought that was off as well. Might be something to consider I'd get my nails done every 2 weeks if I didn't encounter these issues and I'm sure others would agree

They were awesome! Fixed a bad job done by another salon. The process and price were great! Only place I'm going from now on!

Second time here while in town visiting family. Tried to make an appointment days ahead and was told they do not take appointments, sat there over an hour waiting, while customers came in and went ahead of me for kappointments? Wth? Staff were incredibly rude when I questioned that. Suddenly reminded me why I was put off the first visit. I ended up leaving, not giving me business to people who are so incredibly rude.

Customer service here sucks! I waited at this Salon for almost 45min. I was a walk-in so Im not upset about that. After everyone before me was taken care of, this Salon took a girl who came if after me, before me, because she only needed a nail fix. She did not have an appointment, and I did not have an appointment, so it should not matter what she needs! I was here first and I had been there for 45min. Then I proceeded to have a private conversation with my parter about how I thought it was unfair, and a male employee chimed in and said rude things to me.

Awful. Owner is rude and was cussing. I didn’t like how the guy did my coffin shaped nails. Three were filed too thin. The owner told him to take the nails off and I can leave. My money spends anywhere and if I’m paying 50.00 for nails they should look good. I will NEVER ever set foot in there again. My daughter goes there she’s 16 so I pay. She will not be going back. I will gladly pay more to be treated with respect and have it done the WAY I want. Plus they should really be reported to Dept of Health. Very dirty and use same instruments on people.

Lomg story short, i have been going here for years on and off and enough is enough. They are just getting sloppy with their work. Ill just go to the galleria from now on they may be a little more pricey for it's worth it.
