Lux Nails, Allentown PA

Nails looked bulky and weren't fully painted I didn't notice till I got home, 3 days later one broke. I returned to fix nail and days later after that the others started lifting. I really wanted to like the place. So disappointed

They do fine nails, however I won’t be coming back due to lack of customer service! Made an appointment days prior with them for 2 services. Come the day off and they tell me they never had my appointment and then it was oh we wrote it on the wrong day. Then wanted to give me an appointment days later, which wouldn’t work because I made the appointment for a time and day I knew I was off. Won’t be returning.

Love this place as it is family oriented. I love that I can bring my son and he plays with their child. It’s not easy for parents, and to have a child welcoming mail place is wonderful. Always love my mani/pedi with great prices.

I got my nails done on Wednesday, the pedicure was amazing BUT the acrylics are horrible! On Thursday my nail had broke in half so i went to get it fixed. The lady was in such a rush she ended up cutting me. On Friday my middle nail popped off and now today on Sunday almost half of my nails have already “popped” off. This is the second time i get my nails done here and they never last a week. Not sure if the guy just didn’t know how to do nails or was just distracted with his girlfriend sitting right next to him the entire time hate that i wasted my time and money giving this place another chance

This place is horrible! To start off right as I walked in there were kids toys all over the floor along with the table being sticking when I would put my hand down.extremely dirty.secondly I paid 53 for my set and 3 of my nails had fallen off in the 2 days I got them, along w the paint chipping.the shape was not what I had asked for so I ended up fixing them myself.inane.don’t go here.

My first time at Lux Nails was great! The store is incredibly clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be visiting again
