I had booked an appointment with this business that unfortunately fell on a snow day. Since weather conditions were questionable, I got ready to leave early and was already in the car when I got a text, not even a phone call, to say they were canceling me. While I understand being safe in weather conditions, it had been snowing for awhile, and I should have at least been notified an hour prior to appointment time. If I am getting numerous communications about being charged for canceling at the last minute, that same respect should be given to clients. Do better.

Wonderful technician - explained everything and answered all the dumb questions. Did a very nice job. Interpreted my incoherent explanations of what I wanted. I had NO eyebrows and now I have some! The background music was appropriate. Thanks for keeping it generic and gentle. The bad things were a terribly hard "bed" to lay on (glad I brought my pillow for my back), room was cold like a freezer (glad they gave me a blanket even tho I had on a sweatshirt already.) The work area is very public- a little privacy would be nice. Anyone walking in to either side of the business gets to watch. I found this disconcerting when I came for my consultation- I got to watch the customer that was being worked on. A folding screen would do the trick.
