I spoke with Lindsey on the phone and she patiently answered all of my questions and provided the best customer service! My lash technician made me feel very comfortable and did a great job on my full hybrid set. This was my first time getting my lashes done, so initially I wasn’t sure if I liked them or not. The look was much more dramatic than I thought it would be. After getting home and applying my makeup, I loved them! I’ve gotten so many compliments on them and have been told multiple times how good they are done. I’m hooked! I highly recommend Luxury Lash!

Terrible quality lashes and techs I went for a fill an was there for 2 an 1/2 hours an got shotty lashes for 115$ the manager did bring me back an fixed them only for them all to fall off within a week so needless to say I did not come back for the next appointment for them to change my credit card 45$ more for not coming I would have gave them cash if I knew they would charge my credit card unauthorized an not even tell me about this! Worst place I have ever gone an will not recommend to anybody

Soooooo good. I was letting myself go for awhile. Came in and was made to feel beautiful again. The shape, left me with the thickness I liked. Gave me shape and filled them in. The color was on point. 10/10

First brow tint ever and I am very pleased with the results! Will be returning and also will be trying out other services offered!

I have been getting my lashes done for a couple months now by Katie and she is the best! I always have a great experience with her and my lashes look incredible 24/7 because of her. Her service is always a 10/10 for me!

Amazing work. Terrible service! After an hour 30 minutes of working on my daughter's lashes they notified me she would not be able to get a full set. You did not know that you wouldn't be able to finish her set 20 to 30 minutes in? Second to last time I went my eyes were burning on the inside my eyes were bloodshot red and also around my eye sockets I notified them.they did not offer to rense my eyes out for me they did not offer to give me any money back
They did not offer to remove them for me. They told me to go home and rinse my eyes out myself. And also said that it would possibly take about 2 weeks for the pain to subside. I highly doubt they would allow this treatment on their own mother Aunt sister or a friend! They did not finish my daughter's lashes because of a cough? You did not know that you would have an issue with my daughter's cough 20 to 30 minutes in? Poor service if they did not want a customer I will not be back! As a beautiful woman of color I would like to express this may not be the place you want to go.people make mistakes when you're wrong you're wrong.

Just WOW. First time getting this service done and I’m not sure why I waited so long. Bailey was amazing! She was very kind and professional. She explained what she doing through out the whole process. I would highly recommend her.

Bailey does my lashes and she is fantastic! She does them so perfect ; I’ll never let anyone else touch my lashes however I’m sure they’re all great there. It is such a relaxing environment and they are all so nice! Money definitely well spent at this place!

I recently had my first appointment here and i would definitely recommend, my service was with Grace she was very professional, sweet and gentle. She took the time to actually see what I wanted and I got exactly that, very natural looking lashes, Clean and comfortable area as well!

I went in just for an eyebrow shaping/wax, but wow, I was impressed. Grace did an excellent job! She was very gentle and precise. Relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be back for another eyebrow wax - and more - next time I am in town.
