7I have been trying to contact the office for two and a half weeks to help me with Medicare and I have not been able to, I always get a recording saying that all the lines are busy, please try later and get hooked.
Long wait. Every time. I can never reach anyone on the phone. Nobody ever calls me back. Sometimes I don't get time sensitive mail until that day or the day before it's due so I have no choice but to go there. Metered parking around the building. ¢. 25 for 15 mins! Better bring a lot of quarters! I understand they're busy people but maybe they need more people or a better system because someone isn't working.
Will not answer my calls nor call me back! Lost benefits and they will not answer my calls. This is ridiculous!
No one picks up the phone, returns calls, read emails or regular mail. Communication is none existan. And they are using the incorrect guidelines for approval/ denial
Honestly horrible services, not recommended to go here if you need to get paperwork done for your MA. The lady’s just put me on hold and carried on chit chatting with the other woman as I’m standing there just trying to get my ma done.
I’ve been dealing with the phone for 4 days now! And no one is picking up ‘ I haven’t received my benefits and there is ABSOLUTELY no way to get in contact with anyone this is ridiculous and should not happen with WELFARE! This has got to be the bigggest joke of my life. Like can we not get in contact with gov. Officials? ! If this doesn’t say neglect I don’t know what will!
You go to the office and they can't never help you, you have to call customer service and THEM THEY NEVER ANSWER. Why is this office open for? They always tell you to call someone but they never help. I can't reach my case worker and they want me to keep calling and leave voice mail which I done so many times. This case worker from home are definitely not doing their job.will give 0 starts if I could
