I used to ride bus all the time I enjoyed it Met some nice people on the bus Bus service itself is mixed bag Some days service real good Didn't have to wait long and drivers friendly Nice trip Other days bus very late and drivers don't want to seem to be bothered with questions from passengers Most of the time it good service

I enjoy riding the bus.
It is a helpful service for me, my family, and for the community as well. Thank you LCTA and the drivers for make it possible!

Buses are never on time and drivers are quick to give “no shows” before even listening to the patients about what happened. “No shows” should NOT be assessed when they are picking the patients up past their window times.

Buses are NEVER on time. So difficult to time for my bus stop the bus is either always too early and I miss it or it comes 10 minutes late making me stand out in the elements. Also there aren't enough busses on the weekends

Over all, LCTA dose a great job, almost all the drivers are super nice, the night service is wonderful, and the price is far better than any other transpiration.

Wittnessed a women get harassed today by one of the bus drivers and than called someone for abs no reason, when she did nothing wrong. This service makes me sick.honestly with the way they treat their customers and I've seen this girl take the bus many times and never gives them a problem ever, he was very rude to her, the bus driver.

The driver's are very kind. And I love the fact that LTCA has added night service. Whish Colts would do the same. Luzern county is doing alot much better then Lackawanna county. The only thing they need to work on is Sunday service. People do work on Sundays. Taxi cabs are too expensive. And not everyone can drive.
