I had a nail tech named Cici she was rude and did a horrible job on my toes. She stayed on her phone the whole time she was doing my pedicure and rushed through the whole process. She told me to keep my toes separate but didn’t place the separator in between my toes properly. This is my first bad experience at this place which I go to all the time. Best thing for business would be to fire Cici she’s absolutely the worst nail tech I have ever experienced.

This was my first time going and #11 had never done polygel before after accusing me of not properly placing my hands under lamps to cure & had to remove the gel 2x on all 10 nails and she was using incorrect lamp.
She also told me they didn’t have the polish to do the design which was nude w glitter.
My only option was a color.
Ok picked a color n this is how i walked out. I will NEVER return.

I said square and straight. They made my nails look like dragon nails. They were in a very big rush didn’t do my pedicure and didn’t do the nails. I wanted to in the middle of doing my nails they charge me a different Price first they told me 55 and then they went to 65 and I got the results I didn’t even want my nails looked horrible. I was so upset with them. I went the next day and did them somewhere else waste of money.

My friend stopped in to get her eyebrows done because a friend of hers recommended them. She got in car so upset! Her eyebrows were ruined! They were noticably different! She was already upset about a family issue and this just ruined her day! Instead of helping her feel good about herself, she now felt worse! As women we go and get our nails done, mani & pedis, and waxing so we can have a second of "me" time and feel good about ourselves! Having someone ruin your appearance and self esteem instead is horrible! She should be refunded and compensated!

Really loved this place.got pedicure Thursday lady wasn't very friendly but that was OK we all have days like that were human she wasn't mean just maybe tired bc it was a bit rushed tho she did a good service. But just went Thursday and now today a whole gel nail gone shouldn't peak after 3 days maybe she should of not rushed process I'm not sure.

Service & everything was good, however way too pricey for what I got acrylic gel & a pedicure with gel. 87$ all together and I didn’t even get long nails! Way too much

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and was not happy. The tech took some of my eyebrows off. I wish I had waited for my girl at the other shop. Lesson learned

Just tried this place for the first time. Lily did my nails and she did amazing. Everyone was so friendly too. This place is a must.

This was my second time there, it was quick vs sometimes my regular place in Center City! But this time I got both Mani and Pedi. Love the art on my natural nails! FINALLY I HAVE MY OWN NAILS! But once I got home and removed my socks, one of my toesbdidn't have polish on them (mind you it's gel) Wtheck! I'll return tmrw for a fix!

I absolutely love this place! My nail technician Eddie treats my feet as if he's a Podiatrist. Great energy and conversation and plenty of laughs. Make an appointment because they get pack super fast.

Be careful. Every technician charge a different price. Especially the young girl with the blonde hair. Sneaky sneaky.

I’m not new to this service however I thoroughly enjoyed my nail tech Kelly. She was very engaging with interesting conversations on various topics. Most importantly, she did a very good job.

Nice atmosphere. Lovely technicians with great experience. I highly recommend the honey pearl or green tea spa pedicure! U won't be disappointed!
