LVHN Children's ExpressCARE-Palmer Township

Have been here a few times for my child’s health and always have a great experience with the Dr. Davis. However, front desk ladies are never friendly or show any signs of being personable. At most recent visit, was “greeted” by Mariah and it was like she was being bothered by our visit. Very sad to be “welcomed” with my sick child in such a poor manner.

Beautiful facility, great layout on both sides, and awesome service. Someone in our family is unfortunately here about once every two months and it may be the only urgent care I don’t dread going to.

Just moved to the area. Called to see if they took my child’s insurance. The children’s express did not but the adult did. Place was the best urgent care I have ever been to. Polite, quick. I spoke to a receptionist immediately upon arrival. Once check in was immediately led to a room, with a nurse, once she check my child the NP immediately came in. Truly impressed. NP was a gem

Truly disappointing, i called for over 2 hours the phone system kept saying it was closed, only to finally get thru by calling another express care, i get transferred over ask if my insurance is accepted i was told no, and was told to go to another express care that accepts my insurance more than 20 miles away. Im trying to figure out the "convenience" part because the ER is closer but i have to worry about an outstanding bill for just an xray, that a doctor wont order for my child because it's not an actual injury.yet this is an express care for children, and close enough for me instead of going to the ER.truly disappointed LVH!

The staff at the front desk are so polite, sweet, and friendly! We had a very short wait. I took in my daughter who already had strep and was on antibiotics but was still feeling ill. The doctor was able to diagnose her as having hand, foot, and mouth on top of her strep and when my other children came home from school one of them had spots on their mouth!

Dr. Wyld is patient, funny, and nice and really took his time to diagnose my daughter correctly. I couldn't have been more pleased!

First time there on a Sunday. Got my daughter registered quick. Excellent staff, kind friendly, welcoming. Maria Nolan nurse practitioner, excellent. Will definitely be back here for my child.
