Made appt online, checked in was given a mask sat in waiting area for 2 hours. Finally said how much longer to a nurse who was annoyed by my question. Come to find out front desk lady never actually checked us in! She put us down as a no show! Very unprofessional and all that was said is sorry I hit wrong button

If I could give this place an absolute zero (literally Kelvin for the science nerds out there). I have been dealing with non stop medical issues for three months. I had a very large laceration on my leg. 4” long and about 3” inches deep. I was recently hospitalized this week and contracted a staph infection rash ON THE OPEN WOUND. I was also diagnosed the same day as my visit with Bipolar Disorder and was in a literal-manic state of psychosis. My mom drove there because I didn’t even trust myself. I didn’t even get the Dr. Name because she was so terrible had to look it up in MyChart her name was Rajdeep Bajwa. No bed side manner, when I said it was Staph; her response you ask? “How do you know it’s staph? Google? ” Like a rash is an infection; hard to diagnose and I am an idiot for being concerned about A STAPH INFECTION IN AN OPEN WOUND. I have a bio degree same as her probably. NEVER GO HERE. I have nothing but negative things to say.

I’m usually from out of the area and I just moved here. I was skeptical because of the negative reviews, but truly I had such a nice time here. Front desk lady was super sweet- along with the nurse and doctor that came in the room. Everyone was open to what I had to say, which is always great when doctors truly listen to you. Thank you!

Went for an X-ray, receptionist was excellent then wait time very short however the X-ray tech was not patient, very rushed and a bad attitude

Husband went in after falling and thinking he had a concussion. They claimed the couldn’t give him a note to give to work. What urgent care doesn’t give a damn note? They also told him he might have a spinal injury and didn’t even really look at him just said go to the ER when he literally feel off a chair and hit his head. Wondering if these people even have medical licenses.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has some of the WORST PA’s known to the medical field. Will never come here again, ever. I could literally swab people and lie to my patients for free, these people do it for money. What a JOKE. They rush, don’t listen and could care less about your concerns. Go elsewhere

Took my son in because he was sick. We were there for only 30 minutes! We know and understand staffing issues can cause delays and we know that doing walk in visits can cause an excessive wait time but that was not the case for us. Even though there was only 1 provider on that day we were still checked in, seen and left in that 30 minutes and I couldn't be happier.
