4Morgan -PA was absolutely fantastic! Quick, smart, educated. She has great bedside manner. Absolutely if I need care would 100% see her and go to this express care!
I wish it was 0 stars. Worst place to go in the valley. Go to Easton Express Care instead. 2 times there and 2 times coding it wrong and not doing anything about it after maybe Phone calls and complaints. My co pay is 25. How hard is it to look into that. They charged me 50 both times for specialists co pay rate. Get outa here! Hire people who are competent. Also sent x-rays over to the doctor even though they found nothing wrong without even asking me if they can send them. Of course they want to run the bills up. NEVER GO THERE!

I checked their wait on the LVHN website and stated 0 waiting and zero wait time before driving three miles down the road to this location. Arrived there at 12 pm, there was only one person in front of me and when I checked the online wait time again, it stated 3 minutes. Was in the waiting room until 1: 05 pm, finally got called and taken to room. The nurse left 1: 15 pm and stated provider would be in shortly. Another long wait and the provider comes in at 1: 55 pm and once done, I check out at 2: 10 pm. When I get my summary, it showed that I was supposed to be seen at 12: 20 pm and this confirms with the LVHN app notification which first showed 12: 20 with a female provider and when the provider came in at 1: 55 pm it was a male. As I was leaving, the front desk were even shocked to see me leave so late, they were very friendly at the front desk check in area. That was the only highlight. I get it's noon time, however, the online feature for wait times is misleading and irregardless to wait over 2 hours at an Express Care to me does not match to the level of service that should be provided. I hope LVHN takes these reviews seriously when making necessary changes.
