Our experience was not good, the doctor was not at all correct. Very poor attention, they only want to leave the patients in 5 minutes without checking them well or doing the necessary tests, they do not care about the patient at all.

People should leave reviews more when they had a good experience, not just a bad one. Everyone at this location were friendly and helpful to say the least! Thank you everyone!

When applying for employment at this hospital, is it normal for the HR department to ask for medical records, fingerprinting, references from my neighbors, and information about where I've lived for the last 20 years? This sounds strange, and some sounds illegal.

I felt the nurses and the doctor were thorough and pleasant with my grandson he is only 10 years old and like them both a lot it was pretty fast and they were even crowded so I give them a five star

I give the place 5 stars. I always been there with my kids but today I had the worst experience with Jacqueline. She didn't almost look at my baby, and told me just treat the fever. And told me I should wait at least 7 days with the kid running on fever. She said it's normal, knowing that is his 4 days on fever, no want to eat or drink even the medicine. She told me to force him to take the medicine. I don't want that she see any of my kids anymore sorry but nothing professional

My 1 year old daughter was denied care here 1.5 hours before their closing time due to them reaching their threshold. Instead of seeing my daughter, Beth Turoscy made it a point to let me know that she saw 45 patients that day and that she will not be checking in my daughter. I was given a choice to either walk over to the ER where it was a 4 hour wait or take my sick daughter over to another express care. God help anyone who could've been relying on public transportation in this circumstance. It looks like this express care is understaffed and can't properly meet the needs of the community.

Just walked in to have my 92yr Old father checked for possible nerve pain. A lady zooms by us to front window whom I thought was to get checked in BUT NO IT'S too talk about food with DAWN "supposedly" the receptionist/ check in person and she totally ignores us! Then I ask where do we check in and she tells me to take a moment.talk about wanting to go thru this window! I tell her my father is in pain. She continue to talk with this and showing her something on her personal phone.after I finally get to check my dad in this DAWN person tells me that the other lady had a billing question.yeah my a**

I will no longer be going to LVHN for anything, from now on I will go to St. Luke's. Went in because I was having some issues with lower abdominal pain, which I've had before and shared what it was with the doctor. I told him I was here about 6 years ago with the same issue and it turned out to be a really bad uti/kidney stone, we knew this because the doctor back then gave me a urine test and didnt just press where it was hurting. Instead of ruling out any possibilities or doing the most simple thing first by giving me a urine test instead they told me they were gonna send me to the er.so without ruling out any possibilities or 100% making sure I'm not pregnant before sending me to imaging they want to send me to the er. I paid them to tell me to go to the er. I called St. Luke's and told them what happened, they told me how ridiculous it was and told me they do urine tests first to rule out anything and told me to come in. I go in and get what I need to find out I was right. Something so simple.so thank you LVHN for nothing and thank you for stealing my money. Do not go here. They will not help you, they will just send you elsewhere.

The receptionist Ellie she said her name was…. Ellie was very rude I didn’t even go through with my visit, I just left because I will not have my insurance and I pay for disrespect. I would rather drive way out of my way then deal with that.

I was given a 7: 50 pm appointment to get a covid test. I get there at 7: 50 pm because I thought it would make sense not to sit in there waiting room possibly sick and very contagious. When I tried opening the door it was closed so I knocked on the window I can see all the employees just looking up at me but no one was getting up to unlock the door. When someone finally opened the door I told her I had an appointment so she let me in, everyone inside had an attitude like I was keeping them from going home. I will never use them again. Try Saint Luke's you might have more luck.

The nurses are miserable, rude and have no compassion towards their patience. You ask them simple questions and they give you attitude and make you feel unwelcome! I will never come here!

Went in with a sore throat, swollen tonsils body aches, and low grade fever. Nurse practitioner Diane who was more worried about staying six feet away than diagnosing had me swabed for strep and sent me on my way when that test came back negative. Next day went to a real doctor who said I have a "severe bacterial infection" and prescribe antibiotics and steroids.

I’m from NJ and I don’t mind taking the drive, this place is very organized, the people working here are extremely courteous, it must be the Pennsylvania air, because you definitely do not get this treatment in North Jersey. This is our second time this year cometo this location for a Covid test for traveling and like I said, if you come on a Sunday it’s your best bet they are open from 9am to 3pm, barely anyone here so you will be in and out tested and with the letter for traveling.

Obviously tony Stark is an alias. Anyway these people are no better than Liberty emergency physicians. 1 short visit, no tests, no procedures, no medication, just a resident doctor asking a few questions and sending me home with instructions now has 9 separate bills and they are listed with 1 agency and that agency also is listing on my credit report as 9 separate accounts, all of which is illegal according to FCRA and other cpa laws. One of these bills exceeds $2,000 and again for what? 5 sheets of paper and sitting on a bed for an hour? But don't worry because a letter of intent to sue will be sent out very soon to them and their mafia collection agency.
