Got here at 7: 55am and the doors were open. The check in process was quick and before I finished the paperwork, I was called in to see the nurse practitioner. The front desk staff was very nice and so was the nurse and NP. They gave my son Tylenol and a strep test immediately. I'm writing this less than an hour from walking in.

Was in the Poconos for a trip and came down with a sore throat. LVHN Express Care was great! Easy to do a walk-in and provide some basic information, and got seen by a doctor within 5 minutes. Really thankful!

Brought my daughter here. She was sent home from school with suspected strep throat. Waited about an hour or so and saw Chelsea. She was so nice, my daughter really loved her. The woman who took my daughter's vitals was also very sweet. Office is clean. I would definitely come back here. Highly recommend.

Wow everyone was really nice, very clean inside and out. I went in for a uti test. I was in and out within an hour and my antibiotics were ready soon as I got to CVS.

I had called to verify that the doors would be open when I got there prior to leaving to go to this urgent care. When I arrived, the doors were locked and staff told the other patients to not let me in.

Horrible place. They wont see you if your blood pressure is high. Than they tell you you're gonna have a stroke. Thanks! That's really gonna lower someone's blood pressure. Do not go to this place.waste of time and not professional at all!

My wife visited this facility today to have post op stitches removed, they stated that their stitches are post op because they had been turned away from another facility today for that reason, and they were told no problem about removing the stitches. They waited, and when seen by a doctor (can’t remember her name) were told again that this facility also doesn’t remove post op stitches (even though while making the appointment that was no problem.) The doctor was extremely rude even as my wife was crying and having a panic attack and made it very clear my wife was wasting her time. I find this absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. We will now be removing the stitches at home rather than driving 3 hours to the surgeon because urgent/express “care” facilities are too afraid of responsibility to perform the simple and easy procedure of removing stitches.
I understand health care professionals are burnt out and underpaid at many facilities so please: HIRE MORE PROFESSIONALS AND PAY THEM A THRIVING WAGE to prevent this sort of occurrence for other patients and families.

Had a 3: 30 nurse appointment for my son to be swabbed for Covid. Still waiting 2 hours later. Watching the women at the desk argue with patients, literally yelling. I understand it’s a stressful time but when the receptionist is yelling at the patient who is not yelling it’s uncalled for. Also, they should not offer nurse appointments when clearly they don’t have enough nurses. The last thing I want to do is spread illness that’s why I scheduled the appointment. But here we are 2 hours in and my son is coughing and sneezing away possibly infecting everyone.

I always go to this clinic not only for my PCP but to urgent care as well, most of the ladies at the front desk are very nice and very on point registering patients but some need to learn when you do costumer service you smile not act as if a patient is there to bother you also people in the waiting area can here all your conversations even with the glass closed. Other than minor attitude adjustments for some this place delivers great health care. The doctors, nurse practitioners and the medical assistants out back are awesome. Dr. Berlot is an amazing very understanding and a great listener such a kind doctor professional and always greats you with a smile.

Got a covid test here on Saturday. It's now Tuesday and not only do I have no results yet but I've been calling and calling since yesterday and no one will even answer the phone!

They will never see you at your appointment time!

Even tho I had made a appointment prior to coming I just walked out no one wants to wait 2hrs and still not be seen!

I called this place to speak to someone, and nobody picked up the phone. You would think they had a receptionist or someone to handle the calls.

Can't really complain. Wife and I both used express care. The waits weren't that long. The Dr. I saw was friendly. No issues. Its nice the website tell you estimated wait times and patients ahead of you so u can time your visit accordingly. Will use again if needed.

Went in at 5pm with my daughter who had a double ear infection! The first person I saw was eating at the check in window and when I got to the check in window she tried to just ignore me. She finally said the other lady will be right back! The other lady finally came back I checked in explained that this is a common thing with my daughter and that cvs pharmacy was closed. The lady at the desk told me that Walmart pharmacy was open! That was awesome except I checked in at 5, there was not a single car in the parking lot or a single person in the waiting room! My daughter didn’t get seen until 5: 45! The doctor checked her ears and prescribed an antibiotic which again was great but because they took so long to call us back Walmart pharmacy was already closed!

Went in as a walk in when they opened for a painful bladder infection. Didn’t wait very long to be seen and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back for urgent care if needed. I really appreciate that they could get me in quickly.
